Only the fit is bad... not to forget the length is short as well:

Difficult return process
I have my home address selected by default every time I purchase anything from Superdry, this time, I bought an item and when I received the confirmation email the delivery address was a Superdry store, I can't come to the store, so I tried immediately to cancel the purchase, I am talking about a minute after I bought it. There was no option to cancel, no option to change the delivery address to my place, I tried like an hour, then it was finally delivered to the shop, so I contacted Superdry again to let them know that I can't pick it up, so I need a refund as the item is already at one of your stores, so it is with no. I haven't got a refund or an answer yet. Something so simple should not become so difficult for no reason. Other brands allow you to cancel a purchase if the item hasn't left the shop yet or started the process. At this time I still don't know what the situation is.

Tried multiple times to contact customer service for support, as the return portal did not recognize my order and thus could not return anything. Always got a semi-automated response with the same message that DID NOT WORK! No other options to contact them, chat not working, no phone number. Will never order directly from them again.

I always liked Superdry
I always liked Superdry. Except this part: Paying for sending stuff back. But I guess that it is necessary and probably was initiated because customers misused the free service. Anyway, good quality and very trendy clothes in store. And I'm happy they survived a tough time.

Nice style and warm enough
Stylish, with nice fitting and warm enough jacket. Good quality of outer material, the zipper and the seams looks strong enough. Haven't tested it in rain yet to know if it has water repellent ability. If only it had an inner side pocket which is always very useful.
