AWFUL COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I give them NO STARS
There should be the option to give no stars as this awful company would definitely get it.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
I ordered some products.
Their chosen courier choose to dump the parcel
outside in an unsafe place on full view of those walking past.
I live opposite a tube station and a school, and you have to walk pass my house to get to both.
There was no authorisation from me for them to do so.
They should have come back the next day which was when i was expecting them, or at the very least left it inside with my neighbours who were in
The parcel was not there when i arrived home that evening.

I immediately contacted the company and told them what happened.
The company didn't even read my email properly and responded by saying 'it's showing as being delivered'

I replied and said 'As explained in my email it hasn't been delivered as i wasn't home. The courier dumped it outside and it's not there.
I then requested a refund.

They replied again ignoring what i had said in now what was two emails saying 'it's showing as being delivered and asking me to confirm my address, and check with my neighbours and other places.

I replied asking them why was they asking questions already answered in both emails.
I pointed out that the courier said he left it outside and included a picture showing it had.
I again requested a refund once again.
It was at this point they stopped replying.

I've now sent them THREE emails and have requested a refund for goods not received THREE times, but they are no longer responding and still NO REFUND.

My experience with them has been an absolute nightmare.
Customers deserve to be warned to stay away from businesses like this.
This is a warning to others to stay away from them at all costs.

When I put my order in Superfood did…

When I put my order in Superfood did not ask for my address. I payed by PayPal and the order went to boots in sale. If they had asked my address I would of received my order. I did not receive it.

Would strongly recommend you do not buy…

Would strongly recommend you do not buy from this organisation. I purchased a quantity of 4 of a product. The shipping costs were 40% of the product if I bought only 1 item so I decided to buy 4 with the same shipping cost. I paid and they accepted my order. The following day I received an email saying they had sent me a partial refund because they didn't have the stock. When the delivery arrived they had sent a product I didn't order and they still charged me for the higher priced product I paid for and the full shipping costs. Be very aware - it is clear that when they accept an order they are not checking if they have stock, they will not give you the option to cancel your order, they will ship alternative items and the shipping costs are their way of making high margin at the customers cost. Terrible experience.

where has all the food gone?

I loved this site, used it to bulk buy many foods for my pantry.

I went away for a short while and when I returned I have learned they've removed the majority of stuff I used to get, any anything else is out of stock.

Also seems to be an issue with pricing? some of the herbs I used to get, instead of a coupe of pound, are costing 16? for a small 20g box of herbs?

Consistently cancels orders on eBay

Consistently cancels orders on eBay. Ridiculous low prices to bait buyers or outrageously high prices that no one would purchase, note their stock items never change from 20,253, most positive replies are automatically generated to swamp the genuine numerous negative comments, very peculiar business.
