We love the brand so much. You can tell a premium quality. The grooming kit bag is amazing, it has a lot of pockets inside. And very stylish the coconut balm for his nose and paw has a nice smell and it has natural ingredients. We also have the dental sticks. It has natural ingredients as well.

I have been on the subscription plan…
I have been on the subscription plan for a while. I received an email stating that you were low on the Superior Care Salmon. There was no more correspondence from Superior Care. So I ordered the food myself. Then I received emails on the shipment and the tracking. Now my dog is almost out of food and UPS email me and said the item was delivered. It was not delivered to my house. I tried compete a claim with UPS but I needed information from Superior such as address, phone #, contact person. I called KIKA this morning and left a message. Noone has called as of yet and I'm out the payment for this food and now I have to find some other food for my dog.
