Supremo is a secure remote support software by Nanosystems. It is built for IT professionals, IT teams, MSPs/MSSPs, and technical support operators who need to provide support on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices without any configuration. Technicians can start a session in seconds, share the screen, work across multiple monitors, chat with the user, transfer files, and print remotely, while one-click unattended access keeps devices within reach whenever maintenance is needed. The interface can be personalized with your own branding through Supremo Custom and Custom Pro, so technicians and customers see your identity from the very first session. The client can also be configured and installed in bulk, which makes rolling Supremo out across many devices quick and consistent. For teams that manage many devices, Supremo goes beyond remote support. Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) brings patch management, network scan, remote shelland real-time monitoring into the same tool, while Help Desk features such as the Support Queue and per-contract billing help organize requests and invoice the work. IT Security, with AI-driven behavioral threat detection, is available as an optional add-on. Security is part of every session. Connections are encrypted and protected by 2FA, and anti-brute-force protection and user authorization keep access under control. End users do not need to create an account, install a VPN, or change router and firewall rules. Licensing is where Supremo stands out. Instead of charging per seat, it is based on concurrent connections: each license can be activated on an unlimited number of devices and used by unlimited users, so you only pay for the connections you actually need. This keeps costs low and predictable, and quarterly, annual, or multi-year terms can be adjusted at any time from the online account. Mobile connectivity is included in each plan at no extra cost. Supremo is free for non-professional use.

Lazy devs not wanting to support the app on Linux systems

The mandatory updates broke my Supremo gui on Ubuntu, causing it to crash everytime and to lose great amounts of time to solve this issue. I think i'm just going for AnyDesk.

Reply from Supremo Control

Hi there,

We're really sorry for the headaches this caused you. Losing time over a crashing app is frustrating, and you shouldn't have to deal with that.

To be completely open with you: Supremo on Linux currently relies on an older setup (ref. https://www.supremocontrol.com/support/faq/control/how-can-i-use-supremo-on-linux/). That's why our team is building a brand-new, native Linux app from the ground up to fix this.

We just hope we can win back your trust once the native Linux version is ready.

Thank you for the honest feedback,
The Nanosystems Team

I first bought a licence for Supremo in…

I first bought a licence for Supremo in 2017 and have bought one every year since.
It deserves far more reviews than it has and a far higher rating than it has.
I bought Supremo initially as a backup to Teamviewer which I had already been using for years but since 2021 I've relied solely on Supremo. At €99 per year it's far cheaper than Teamviewer and as far as I'm concerned it works far better.

Teamviewer has a free layer but if you're using it much they'll soon mark you as suspected commercial user and cut off your sessions.

One way Teamviewer exploit free users who've maybe used it once or twice, is to aggressively encourage one time free users to leave a Trustpilot review if they've been helped.

The reviews of these happy one-time users then act to drown out the less complimentary reviews by professional users of the product.

I highly recommend Supremo, they're a good honest company with ethical business practices.

Supremo software is NOT free for personal use!

Supremo claims their software to be free for personal use. This is a fals statement! They have a 21 days trial. When that trial expires they block the use of the software until you pay for using it!
As Supremo makes fals statements I strongly suggest you avoid using this software!
