Best prop firm my payout received but discord admin without reason banned my account

My experience with this prop firm has been extremely disappointing.

My trading account was suddenly suspended right after requesting a payout, and I received an automated explanation about “Lifetime Drawdown” that does not match the actual activity and records on my account. I have full evidence, documented trading days, and account history proving that the situation was not handled fairly.

Instead of conducting a real manual review, they chose to send generic responses and block the account without proper transparency. This raises serious concerns about how traders and payouts are treated once profits are involved.

I am still waiting for a fair resolution, restoration of my account, and processing of my payout. Until now, the support experience has been unprofessional and unacceptable.

I strongly advise traders to be careful and fully understand the risks before trusting this company with their time and money.

I have been with Sure Leverage for a short period and my experience has been good. Payout process is smooth. Customer service is great and usually responds to queries quickly. I had a issue recently and was attended to by GURU ALEX, who promptly resolved the issue. Overall, my experience has been great.

SureLeverageFunding has decent trading conditions and the setup process was smooth. Support was helpful when I had questions. My only suggestion would be improving clarity around some trading rules and payout requirements. Overall, a good experience so far.

I bought the FREE 5K Account for 5$. I wasn't even expecting to get the payout that quick. It was instant within 24HR.
And the customer service is the really good.
I am now heading for a second payout , that i will use to scale up to bigger accounts . this prop is the best they listen and their rules are easy and transparent.

One of the worst prop firms I’ve ever experienced. I made over 9% profit and met the profit consistency requirement, but not the lot consistency requirement—yet that metric wasn’t displayed or clearly communicated. You still allowed me to submit a payout request, only to reject it afterward for that exact reason and reset all my profits.

I understand your rules state this clearly, but think about it—if I had known I didn’t meet the requirements, would I have requested a withdrawal? Absolutely not. This was my first profit from trading—why would I let it disappear so easily?

This was one of the worst companies I’ve worked for. While working in support, I accidentally requested a payout through a customer account. As a result, I was terminated and did not receive full payment for the time I had already worked. I am simply requesting the wages owed to me for the weeks I dedicated to the company, during which I prioritized my responsibilities and did not focus on other opportunities.

Actually they give payout. MY friend received payout firm this prop firm. so I too going to try with the free account if i too received the payout i come back and give 5 stars.

I have been trading with different prop firms through out my 1 year trading experience and I have found SLF to be very affordable and beginner friendly firm. i really appreciated their KYC verification system and also found the different rewards and competition initiatives to be to my desired likings. I only have some issues with the opening time of the charts because last time i held a trade over the weekend and i had my SL on profit on NQ but on market open it gapped down and turns out they opened 1 hr. late than the market open and my SL got triggered at the current price there resulting in me having a huge drawdown and nearly blowing my account so i would really recommend for users to think thoroughly before holding any trade overnight or the weekend. Apart from that a friend of mine that got me to them faced an issue about login from multiple Ip addresses when he requested for a payout and they emailed him of account management and suspicious activities with multiple accounts while all along he was trading from the same account, same phone and same network , that got me to have some doubts about SLF. On the other hand also another friend of us also got his payout from them so make sure you go through their rules thoroughly. Last thing is i really don't like the 15% consistency rule it is really too low and should have been at least 30% or above like 50%. Apart from this issues they are good and very affordable firm with different account types for beginners especially.

Timeline of theft:

1. Bought $10k account with 80% profit split
2. Made $1,516 profit
3. Dashboard showed withdrawable profits: $1,516
4. They claimed breaches and paid only $123
5. Account reset to $10,000 (but hidden drawdown from $11,398 remained)
6. Lost $55 – they claimed “drawdown breach”
7. Immediately offered 35% off new challenge account

Key evidence:

· High Water Mark kept at $10,750 after reset to $10,000
· $55 loss triggered breach on $800 drawdown limit
· Payout capped at $500 despite 80% split promise

Do not trade with them. Do not buy challenges. They will invent breaches to avoid paying.

I am extremely disappointed with Funded SLF. My account (9154290) was recently closed, and my payout was rejected based on a false "clear link" to another account (9165764) that I have absolutely no knowledge of.

UPDATE (April 20, 2026):
The company’s response is a bold-faced lie. I am appalled that SLF would fabricate stories to avoid a $9,225 payout.

IDENTITY MISMATCH: I am a male university student at Asia University. Your claim that I am a "60-year-old woman" is absurd and proves your system is broken or you are lying.

CLAIM OF PAYMENT: You claim I was "paid in full." I challenge you to post the Transaction Hash here. My dashboard shows $0.00 processed.

THE "INTERVIEW": I was NEVER invited to a risk interview.

SECOND UPDATE (April 20, 2026):
Regarding SLF's attempt to use a "typo" against me: I previously mentioned account 9165764 because that is the ID YOU sent to me via email accusing me of a violation. In my frustration, I briefly confused the IDs. To be 100% clear: 9154290 is MY account. I DO NOT own the unknown xun****0417@ email, nor do I own the 9165764 account you are trying to frame me with.

THIRD UPDATE (April 20, 2026):
SLF is playing desperate word games.

SYSTEM ERROR: If your database links my account (9154290) to that unknown xun email, it is a technical error or manual alteration on your end. I registered with MY email only.

INCONSISTENCY: You keep changing your story. First, I was a 60-year-old woman. Then, you said I was paid. Now, you are preying on a simple ID typo to claim I "admitted" to something.

FACTUAL IDENTITY: I am a male student at Asia University. I will provide my login logs, student ID, and original registration emails to Forex Peace Army investigators.

Stop the excuses and pay the $9,225.72 that I earned fairly on account 9154290.

FOURTH UPDATE (April 21, 2026):

SLF has gone completely silent after their last attempt to twist my words failed. They have yet to address the three most critical points:

WHERE IS THE MONEY? You claimed I was "paid in full." If that were true, you would have easily posted a Transaction Hash or a bank screenshot. The fact that you are silent proves you NEVER paid my $9,225.72.

THE IDENTITY LIE: You still haven't explained why you initially lied about me being a "60-year-old woman." My Asia University student ID proves my real identity. Your silence is an admission of your fabrication.

SYSTEM MANIPULATION: You have failed to provide any proof linking me to the unknown xun email.

Silence will not make this go away. I am continuing my formal dispute through Forex Peace Army (FPA) and will be sharing my experience on Reddit (r/PropFirm) and Twitter to ensure no other trader falls for this scam.

I am still waiting for my $9,225.72 payout on account 9154290. Respond to my emails or face a permanent "SCAM" rating on every major review platform.

Sure Leverage Funding (SLF) has officially stopped responding. Their silence is the ultimate proof of their dishonesty.

They claimed I am a "60-year-old woman" — DEBUNKED. I am a 20-year-old male student at Asia University. They couldn't explain this contradiction, so they just stopped replying.

They claimed I was "paid in full" — DEBUNKED. Despite multiple challenges, they have failed to provide a single Transaction Hash or bank proof for the $9,225.72.

They tried to use a simple ID typo to frame me with a random email — DEBUNKED.

It is clear that once a trader becomes too profitable, this company fabricates "linkage" and "identity" issues to avoid paying out. They have no evidence, only excuses.

TO ALL TRADERS: Do not trust this platform with your time or money. They are quick to take your registration fees but will stay silent when it’s time to pay your $9,000+ profit. If you value your hard-earned capital, STAY AWAY FROM FUNDED SLF.

UPDATE (May 5, 2026):

SLF has officially stopped responding to my emails and has gone completely silent on this platform as well. This is not a coincidence—this is a deliberate strategy of evasion.

They are perfectly capable of posting fabricated lies in public, yet they conveniently "lose" every email I send regarding the resolution of account 9154290. Their silence is an admission of guilt. They have no evidence, no integrity, and they have no intention of paying out the $9,225.72 I rightfully earned.

To anyone considering this platform: Their "support" team is a ghost. They will take your registration fees, but they will never pay your profits. If you are reading this, consider it a warning: your success on their platform is a liability, not an asset, because they will simply find a new excuse to silence you and keep your money. I am still waiting for a human response.
