This was my first experience working with this prop firm and overall it was a good one. I had an issue that required submitting additional documentation for my payout, and while the review process took about 10 days to be fully completed, the customer support team was always responsive and reassured me throughout the process.

As a first-time client, the waiting period was not the most comfortable, but in the end, the payout was successfully processed and received as promised. They also included additional compensation due to the delay, which I truly appreciate. I look forward to smoother interactions moving forward.

I had a very disappointing experience with SureLeverage Funding.

At first, everything seemed great. They were friendly, processed my first payout quickly, and looked genuinely professional. But everything changed after I made a $30,000 payout in two weeks.

It felt like they realized this level of performance could continue monthly, and then they introduced two new rules just one day before I requested my next payout. Those new rules were then used to reject my payout and close my account.

I have worked with several prop firms, and this is the first time I’ve seen a company add new rules at the last minute in a way that appears designed to avoid paying a trader.

For transparency, one of the new rules was a maximum of 20 soft breaches, after which the account would be closed. This rule did not exist when I received my first payout. At that time, the only relevant rule was that if losses from soft breaches exceeded total profit, the payout could be rejected — which is fair and understandable.

But adding new restrictions right before payout and applying them immediately is, in my opinion, unfair and unacceptable.

The worst part is an excuse they said to me to look up at the wayback machine, but when I try to look up a snapshot it shows a blank page because they must have some crawler blocker. Real scam stay away.

Response to Sure because I can’t answer here: They are lying, and I have proof. I have screenshots of one of their employees in a support chat admitting that they introduced the rule on February 5th, one day before my payout.

I contacted support because I always check the FAQ every day when I trade; it’s a habit, especially because of scammers like this.

I want to give a fair warning to newcomers traders about this platform Sure Leverage Funding,I have been trying to get pass challenges and I achieved that goal in late December,on January 1st I began to trade for real and if I got to reach the amount according to consistency I would get my payout,I achieved that yesterday February 4th early in the morning,when I requested my payout they sent and email that explained there were breaches to my IP's account from Pakistan and asked me whether I was there or I had travelled or if I gave access to my account to anyone,I said NO,I live here,I haven't travelled and how come am I to give that access,to conclude,they shut down my account and declined my payout with the excuse that there is not any viable explanation from me to this issue,be aware of this,they use you when you get stuck and ask for help to an assistent,that way they asked you for a good review on this site or Reddit,that way people believe in them and refer them to family or friends,using this propaganda,make people to purchase accounts on and on,when someone get to win his payout,they look for any excuse to shut down your account,in that way avoid paying that trader,this platform SLF is a FRAUD

Everything is okay ...just the spreads atleast if the orders are places direct on spot not about price given with like 40pips and above sometimes .I'm still waiting for my first payout

My experience with Sure Leverage Funding has been great! The supports in discord have been very helpful and answer any questions you have. The pricing is reasonable compare with other prop firms. Wait when there is a promo going that is when you should buy their challenges. I bought their instant account and love that the max drawdown is static and only a few prop firms offer that though. I recently requested my first payout with Sure Leverage Funding and it was smooth. Remember to read their rules on their website and follow all of the rules. If you done that, you're going to get pay. Simple as that! My payout request took 16 hours to process. Their payouts that processed lesser than that. They guarantee your payout going to be processed within 24 hours or they will add an additional 10% on top. Overall, my experience have been wonderful with Sure Leverage Funding. I do recommend you buy a challenge with them and test it out.

Nonsense rules which are unclear, got denied payout. Nice way to lose your money very fast.

I bought an instant funded account of $11k balance and made $800 profit on it in one week. I applied for payout on 15-Jan-2026. But i have not recieved the payout yet. Everytime when i contact to their email support, they make a new excuse and ask me to wait for 12-24 hours but i'm still waiting for payout. I recommend everyone to not use this propfirm at all. This is a scam platform.

First and Second Withdrawal Payout less than an hour! You may think its not good enough? Even my Third Withdrawal Payout is less than hour after approval! It seems SLF has a set an industry standard of Lightning Speed Payouts! All three payouts are under 'On-Demand Payouts'. I don't even need to wait for Weeks or months for a payout cycle! If you want a legit propfirm who really pays their traders, SLF is definitely The One. Just follow the rules and you will be paid in no time!

Please stay away from this scammers. You can never make money. It's just a pure waste of money and time. I bought buy now pay later 110K account and I passed it and I paid my activation fee which took longer for them to activate my account and after severals messages to them, one of the customers service called Dylan, promised to compensate me with free 25K but unfortunately uptil he didn't fulfil is promise. Anyway, I got my activation account and started to trade and I made 7K in 3 days and I decided to stop trading and withdraw my money to enjoy after loosing so much money before but to my greatest surprise I couldn't withdraw and I got a message on the platform that I can't withdraw that I need to make another 9K before I can withdraw. Immediately I knew that I have lost this money again. I have never heard of that in my entire life that I can't withdraw 7K profit and I have to make another 9K making 16K before I can withdraw my profit, who does that I contacted the customer service and this guy called Zyros confirmed it to me that i can't withdraw 7K that i need to make another 9K and I asked him why and he said that's the rules and I was devastated and straightaway I knew that I have lost this money. What kind of stupid rule is this? Immediately, I knew that these people are big scammers. 7K profit clean trading and didn't breached any rules to make that money and refused payout and asked me to make additional 9K to be able to withdraw. At this point I just decided to be aggressive to blow the account up because their's no way am going to make another 9K before I can withdraw. I now blew the account. Please, Please 🙏 people don't waste your money with these people, go for reputable profirm that are well known like FTMO. even if it's $200 profit you can withdraw it. Please stay away from this scammers, they are just there to collect your money. You can never make any money they will always look for an excuse not to pay. I can't blame them i blamed myself for falling for their trap. I read through their reviews and a lot of people complained of them denying payout but unfortunately i didn't listen. Please stay away from this scammers. You can't win the battle.

And none of the payouts got more than 15 hours. My Yesterdays payout took only 2 hours.
