Warning do not use this company

Warning do not use this company. Used them for a number of years until we left our offices. Due to illness we paid the final bill of 163kr a few days late. They then sent us a fee of 451kr because we area business. Awful person on the other side of the phone who's arrogance and attitude was awful to a company that had been loyal and used them for a number of years.

This company is a complete rip off and abuses their position and treats customers this way. I appreciate that we were a few days late and a small fee is ok, but 451kr late fee for a bill of 163kr is not on. Only in Sweden would this be allowed to happen. Never will we use this company again business wise and personally and I will make sure all my friends and business colleagues are made aware of this.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service! Practically unreachable. Never answered my calls. They gave no answer to any of my emails until I terminated the contract. They tried to charge me more for a breach of contract while I clearly wrote to them I do not want an extension beyond the 3 months of binding time.

In the terms of the agreement, all information about the agreement must appear about the notice period etc. and it is therefore important that you as a customer check this in peace and quiet before you choose to sign an agreement.
