I can no longer recommend Sweepresort based on my recent experience.

I requested a redemption on July 8, and it still has not been honored. Despite multiple attempts to contact support, I have received no response to my email, and their SMS support has become extremely unreliable.

Sweepresort used to be a reliable platform, but in my experience its service has deteriorated. The site appears to change its redemption rules frequently, places redemptions on hold without clear explanation, and fails to communicate with customers about delays or issues. This lack of transparency makes it difficult to trust the platform.

Prompt and clear communication is essential when handling customer funds. When a redemption is delayed, customers deserve timely updates and realistic expectations. Instead, I have been left without meaningful information or assistance.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Sweepresort. Until the company improves its communication, provides consistent redemption policies, and processes redemptions fairly and transparently, I believe prospective users should avoid this site.

Everybody saying that this site has great customer service has go to be someone they know or someone from the sight because you can only contact cs through email and then they don’t even get back with you!! I cashed out at 2 am it’s now 10 am and have still yet to receive any winnings or hear anything back from the soul called great customer service!

Sweeps Resort is a great way to play. I love there self-service website and it makes things so much simpler. They also have great customer service if you run into any issues. Also very good with cashouts. Highly recommend

This group is terrible if you start winning, they will cut the games off. They constantly changed the rules to keep from paying you or forcing you to load more to get paid and even going as far as making you leave them a good review to even get your money It takes hours and hours to get a payout if you get a payout. I would definitely pick another group. This one is not worth the time and headache.
