The reason wny I chose to use Swift was that Jonar (my case worker at Swift) was a Filipino (as my wife) and so he was intimate with the local laws which proved invaluable as my case was not straight forward. I feared having to go to apeal but I am happy to say the visas for my wife and child were granted recently which I doubt would have been the case without Jonar`s assistance!
