Ongoing incorrect invoice and refusal to resolve the issue

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. The company issued an incorrect invoice which did not reflect the actual work carried out. I contacted them immediately to request a correction, yet received no proper response. Instead, I was repeatedly sent automated messages, including payment reminders for a service that was never completed.

The incorrect invoice remained active and I continued to receive payment demands.

This behaviour is unacceptable and falls short of basic consumer standards. As a customer, I should not be pressured to pay for services that were not delivered. The lack of accountability and poor communication has resulted in unnecessary frustration and wasted time. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience.

These guys walk away from their failed…

These guys walk away from their failed products. I brought a new pool pump off Swimart and it failed at approx 3.5 years. The pool tech advised the pump had a 5 year warranty. The Swimart owner was very rude on the phone and told the tech to walk away from the job. Very disappointing attitude considering I purchased products off this company for last 9 years.

They told me when i purchased the pump, I should expect an 8 year life. Per the consumer GA, products should a reasonable amount of time. I will be seeking the repair cost through the small claims.

Recommend

Communication a bit slow to coordinate job, but very friendly. The technician who did the work (Guy) was excellent. Very happy with the work. Would recommend & use again.

Pool service interval during summer

Pool service interval was arrange to be monthly during winter and twice monthly during summer. However the summer interval has been changed to monthly during summer period without advice and the pool turn greenish.

Two staff arrived to install a new filter for our pool. They were friendly and efficient and got the job done in less time than we thought it would take. When asked for ongoing advice about pool filter and pump requirements in the future, they were most patient and helpful and gave us further step by step instructions over the phone.
