This is the 4th time we have used Andy and Switchboilers. Got a new boiler installed in my father’s house and also had him service and repair the boiler in our house when we had no hot water. Cameron stripped it, found out the problem and repaired. We have just had today a Magna Clean filter fitted and to date all the work has has been excellent and we would have no hesitation in recommending this company. We are going to use them in future for all servicing/repairs.

Cant recommend enough. Great service, really knowledgeable about both the industry and specifications. Helped spec out my house renovation boiler sizing and engineers were efficient and tidied up everything aswell. A* nice to see some proper workmen of old who take pride in their work

Called SwitchBoilers and spoke to Andy who came out the same day and gave a quote. This just so happened to be the best price out of 3. We were left with a few options and were not hounded like other boiler companies. Whilst Andy was round doing the quote he also fixed a problem that we had with the toilet!
When we gave the go ahead, Andy and his engineer turned up on time and did an amazing job replacing the old boiler with a new combi boiler, also replacing an old radiator along the way free of charge in my daughter’s bedroom. They worked efficiently and very effectively, leaving very little mess!
SwitchBoilers is straight talking company that puts the customers first and will always give an honest answer. I would highly recommend using these guys, so much so that Andy will often get calls from me asking for his advice.

Andy has done a couple of jobs for me, each time doing excellent work for me, even with an old heating system that was not maintained properly by a previous owner.
Andy and his team were more than happy to come out and find a way of fixing the system rather than just saying “you need a new boiler” or “you need a full repipe” (which I know the system could do with in the long run).
I would recommend Andy and his team to anyone and would be happy to use him again myself.

Excellent service with friendly staff. Andy arrived at our property the next day and found the problem straight away. He spoke with our landlord to sort the issue and got it resolved ASAP. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again

We contacted Switchboilers and from the moment the phone was answered we felt looked after. The gentleman who answered the phone call was very polite and helpful. We arranged for a free no obligation quote and were amazed when the owner of the company turned up to carry this out. 2 hours later we had the quote sent which gave us an several options.

When the work was started they guys turned up and the first thing they did was put down carpet protectors, dust sheets and move anything breakable. We left them to the install, when we came back we couldn't believe the mess..... there was none they cleaned up, wipped down the worktops and hovered.

If your looking for a good honest friendly customer service focused company i would highly recommend Andy and the rest of the team from switchboilers. They have completed work for both my parents and grandparents. You will be in safe hands.
