Sometimes it can make your life a hell

Sometimes it can make your life a hell. It may guide you through the city center, ignoring the ring roads. It may drive you on a 10 km complicated route through narrow streets for a 500m straight non-restricted distance. If you do a factory reset to your phone, you have to save Favorites again from the scratch, as they are not saved on the cloud, or you may not being able to login again. Honestly, i regretted for paying it.

Fuelio is a great app. If only more people knew about it.

I have been using Fuelio for years now to keep track of fuel purchases and other car related expenses. While the fuel price tracking isn't as good as Upside or Gas Buddy. It is way better than other apps that I have used. They are great with providing support for the app via email and have made updates to the app on several occasions from my suggestions. I don't use the navigation app sygic has but Fuelio is great. It would be great if there was an API from Upside or Fuelio or from Google to track prices as more people might use Fuelio if they knew the prices were up to date. I would love to use the receipt scanning function but don't want the navigation.

Create a paid tier for scanning receipts in Fuelio without adding navigation benefits of Sygic.

Until recently the APP worked with only…

Until recently the APP worked with only a few problems except that it is a huge power consumer when used.
During recent updates I realized that a few countries could not be downloaded fully. I.E France only a few regions was downloaded and updated. I contacted customer support and was told, just delete the APP and reinstall. I did and went through the entire process of downloading all my favorite countries again.
I seemed to work..................until the very next day when I opened the APP. Half of the French regions was gone and the rest was now placed under Finland.
I deleter Finland and UPPS the rest of of the French regions was also gone
I once again deleted the APP. Reinstalled and went through the download process once again. Next day SAME result. France disappeared from the face of the earth.
Contacted support once again. Now they have never heard of the problem and asked me to make a video????? How to make a video of missing regions. What a silly request
And as an additional feature the APP was starting to FREEZE when used.
APP deleted subscription cancelled never to be installed again
NO support when needed.
My Phone is iPhone 15 Pro MaX iOS 26.4.1

Lifetime licenses partially restricted…

Lifetime licenses partially restricted behind Premium+ – unresolved

I have been a Sygic user for many years and purchased multiple Lifetime licenses (Premium Europe, Traffic Europe, Real View Navigation).

After recent changes, the app now places several traffic-related features behind a Premium+ paywall, even though:

- my licenses are active and recognized in the app,
- traffic is enabled in settings and affects route calculation,
- but incidents, timeline details and related context are blocked and marked as “Premium+ includes”.

I provided screenshots and details to support. The final response from Sygic (Head of Customer Care) states that everything works “as before” and declines restoring access.

This is not a request for new features. It is a case where previously unrestricted functionality appears to be partially restricted and reclassified under a subscription model.

The case remains unresolved and has been escalated through consumer protection channels.

If Sygic resolves this by restoring access consistent with the original scope of the Lifetime licenses, I will update this review.

some thieves who take advantage of…

some thieves who take advantage of people's credulity. I paid for an application for which the condition was that you could not use it on multiple devices at the same time. I had to log in on another device for technical reasons, then I returned to the first device and they blocked access to a service that I paid for. They do not have this right.

Spamming with Ads to force upgrade purchase

I bought a lifetime license with lifetime adults about 10 years ago I upgraded to premium plus but I realised with everything that I’ve paid for I didn’t need so I cancelled it
However, now every time that I opened the app. I get bombarded with ads pressuring me to upgrade to premium plus I don’t need it. I have lifetime licenses and that’s what they mean. They are licenses for a lifetime.
If you continue this, you complete morons I will file a suit to sue you for harassment

NEVER AGAIN

The first problem is that it often fails to find addresses, even when they are correct. The second, and even more serious issue, is that it occasionally provides incorrect navigation or switches to a worse route mid-trip. Recently, while traveling from Luton Airport to Watford, Sygic led me the wrong way. As a result, I lost 40 minutes and suffered a great deal of unnecessary stress. I will not be renewing my subscription.

Not fit for purpose

So the latest issue is, if you do manage to create or download a route on your tablet (for example) your account doesn't link with other devices, this means it won't appear on my phone that connects to the screen on my motorbike, it also keeps crashing so I have to delete and reload the app, this deletes everything, settings, maps, routes the lot, I mean seriously, who ever "designed" this package has done absolutely no research as to what others are doing and what is required by the customer, although if you have made contact with them they aren't in the retaining business

Sygic the best paid navigation software - nice design

I used Sygic Navigation software since 2011. Is en best app for me. Maps 4 times a year. For premium customers monthly maps update.
Clear info on your phone.
You must pay for using software. Nothing is free on earth. Sygic is not exception. People use free navigator.... and do not want to pay.
Nice design en worldwide maps update.
You need 5G connection to get real traffic info .
For me Sygic the number ONE.

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE. I could not get this working, only seeing a blank screen. Sygic could not help and I could not get a refund even though I only paid for it less than 3 weeks go. Very disappointed.

Sygic truck Not fit for purpose

Sygic truck Not fit for purpose. Redirect you way complicated route which is 3 times longer than TomTom truck route . Sygic take you to narrow roads dispute width is set to 9 feet explicit and single truck avoidance is set . Take you to 12 feet railway crossing whereas trailer height is set to 16.1 . Not safe to use for trucks at all. Take you way off the route and get you lost . Keep running in cycle . Joke

i bought sygic truck and nearly all add ons i changed my iphone for newer model still iphone they wouldn’t transfer app to my new phone they said if you have a new phone you loose everything not just maps they blocked me never again be aware

Bought the top package with lifetime…

Bought the top package with lifetime updates then they updated the software and downgraded everything I had paid for so they can stick their maps and software up their ass, customers don’t like being scammed or ripped off.

Don't bother with the unpaid version

Don't bother with the unpaid version. It is next to useless. No voice instructions. No speed limit on the road you are on. No visual instruction for next action you need to take.
Also constant reminders to go for the paid version which are really annoying and a distraction.
A pointless free application.
Also it was not easy to remove.

Phantom turns and going round in circles

It started out ok with some nice features but the more I used it the more weird it became.

One very annoying thing is that on A roads and motorways it will not tell you to exit just before like it does with TomTom, instead it tells you to exit when at the exit which is not good.

The app also has sent me round in circles, despite putting in a close destination around a mile away, it decided to show me a route that took me round in one big circle.

The app will also tell me to take a turn when one isn't present.

Overall the navigation experience is poor and it's not even a patch on TomTom and Waze.

Not what I expected with the offline…

Not what I expected with the offline version. Firstly it tells you to join the A34 motorway. A roads are not motorways. Secondly it told us to turn left onto Wide Road in Southampton & our destination is on the left. We should of turned right onto Wide Road & take the first exit at the roundabout to Mitchell Way & the Premier Inn was on the left. I have unsubscribe from this awful service as I had to use Google Maps to find the hotel.

I’ve been using Sygic for many years…

I’ve been using Sygic for many years and have been very satisfied with the GPS.

The one issue I have is customer support which is virtually non existent.

I have an ongoing crash happening and it is very unusual. Sygic freezes within a few seconds of launch. After a lot of trial and error, I found out CpSygic works perfectly on my iPad when wifi is turned off but the moment it is turned on, Sygic locks up without fail. To get it running again, I have to reboot my iPad with wifi disabled. Then Sygic will work perfectly.

I have emailed Sygic on the matter and all I got was an auto response saying they will get back to me in 3-5 business days. Meanwhile, I’m struggling with a very limited gps. It’s interesting that their email address is called urgent response…
