Been using Syncwire since the early days when they first came out and to this day still using a variety of their products at home, work and family's house - as well as recommending their products to friends and colleagues

Great quality cables and chargers - fast-charging and covered by a 3-year warranty. Customer service is good and they respond very quickly and are very polite and helpful.

In my own personal opinion their cables surpass Apples overpriced cables and many other competitors.

Bought an item of theirs off Amazon. Sadly broke after a few days. They replaced item very quickly after I told them about it and sent photos.

Syncwire has great customer service. They respond to emails, usually within 30 hours, and have a satisfactory solution. The cell phone ring has 'flopped' twice but they replaced it quickly. I love this product so I accepted the replacement. Almost impossible to find one with a good enough magnate to connect to the dash phone-holder. Give them a try!

Contacted Syncwire, both by email and their warranty contact form on their website, as the cable I bought with their lifetime warranty had become faulty. They haven’t responded and clearly have no intention to. I only bought the cable from them because of their lifetime warranty. Won’t be buying from them again.

It seems I suffered the same issue as others, the rubber cover on the mag ring came off..
A single email and picture and they are sending a replacement, so great customer service!
I just hope the new one doesn’t do the same.

Great / quick service - The rubber became detached on my Mag Ring. I contacted Syncwire and they quickly sent out a replacement.

Bought a mag ring for my android, and it started to lose adhesiveness on the front rubber cover. I emailed them and they sent out a replacement. Great service. Hopefully this one will not do the same, but Syncwire honestly did good by me! Thanks!

My FM transmitter (SW-XC725) had a USB-c port malfunction, bought in July this year. Contacted the customer service team, within a few days a replacement was sent. Top notch service, great product too.

I purchased the excellent dashboard magsafe phone holder a year ago and it has been great! I recently changed my car and wanted to move the phone holder to the new car but I had lost the spare adhesive pads.
I contacted customer service and they quickly sent out replacement pads free of charge. You can't really expect more than that!

Got two MagSafe phone grips from Syncwire, gave one to a friend and she loves it. The magnet is super strong and the product is just high quality overall. This was my first Syncwire product and I'll definitely repeat my purchase in the future.
