Easy to order and great fit

Great company to work with. The fit was a little awkward, so there are adjustments to make for the next order. The mix-up was mostly my fault, not theirs. The quality and service is amazing here!

Amazing service from start to finish. Ordered a t shirt and a polo shirt. Polo was just not quite right and the team helped me get it right and they adjusted my sizes and made me another polo for no extra cost. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The first shirt I received didn't even come close to fitting correctly. I could barely even get it on, and couldn't fasten a single button. When I requested the free remake (only available on your first order), they asked me to take precise measurements of every dimension on a shirt I already have that fits well (the fact that they supposedly didn't need these kinds of exact measurements was part of their sales pitch).

When I responded to the email confirming my height and weight, which I had already provided, I asked if I could get a refund instead of a replacement since we were basically starting from scratch, meaning that I wasn't really getting the free remake which is supposed to be for fine tuning the fit. The customer service rep completely ignored that part of the email and just told me that the remake is in production, then asked me to review them here.

At this point I'm wondering if this is just a borderline scam and they don't really have any special way of determining the fit without precise measurements like an actual tailor would make. So the first shirt they send is a rush job, possibly modifying something they have lying around that doesn't even come close to fitting correctly, then they claim that "It appears that there may have been an error in the measurement calculation" (their words) and ask you for all those detailed measurements so they can make it correctly, which means the "free remake" that you only get on your first order (and that they advertise heavily) to fine tune the fit is completely wasted.

The remake arrived a few weeks later and it's still far too small, although not as small as the first one. But since they made me completely waste my free remake (since we were essentially starting from scratch as the first one wasn't even close), it looks like I'm out of luck. So a month and a half and $100+ later and all I have are two shirts that I can't wear.

For years, I was the Director of Foreign Direct Sales for a well-known Italian multinational, so from experience I can say that your customer service is truly excellent and, I would say, unparalleled. A special thanks to Mrs. Emma, ​​who was my exceptional interface.

The item feels solid and well put together. It doesn't feel flimsy or poorly made. I'd consider buying something similar again

Chino’s are excellent quality and fit. So are their dress shirts. Will buy from them again. Shipping to Hawaii is very slow. Order to arrival was around four weeks. Would recommend Tailor Store to anyone.

The first shirt I ordered was a little too small but with the great help of Emma (Customer Service) we sorted out the problem and everything turned out just fine.

I have ordered shirts in the past and everything was fine. My shirts were supposedly shipped weeks ago. I have contacted them twice to check on the status. I received an email with poor spelling and a link where I can PAY to track the package. I contacted again days later. They didn’t answer where the shirts were just again sent an email with spelling errors and a link to download and PAY for an app to track the package. This is a SCAM. I will be contacting law enforcement and posting on every website to warn customers.

My overall experience of 7 years is very positive. They are very customer focused, happy to assist in case of issues, reliable etc. Everything you would expect from a well run operations. I mainly order business shirts. And for that, it works perfectly. Might take 1 or 2 tries to get the fit right and they are willing to do work with you on that. Tried one suit and it did not work out. I still wear it but the fit is just not right. They did offer to work on it with me but I gave up. Suits are too complicated remotely. Still, a happy customer.
