I placed my qualifying bet and won - I then placed my free bet and won which went into a bonus account. I decided to withdraw my first cash winnings and they cancelled my bonus without any warning.

Absolute con artists these bookies when it comes to terms and conditions - do not trust them unless you’re prepared to get a lawyer to look over their very small print terms and conditions. Bet 10 get 30 in free bets was in bold type - the rest was about a large as their morals. Avoid at all cost

Please stay away from this company. They basically run multiple, duplicate platforms of which do not adhere to what they promise on promotions.

The site is poorly developed in such a way it is very difficult to communicate with anyone, if in fact there is anyone governing this platform. Livechat does not work and the help forum is a waste of time

They also seem to short change withdrawals.

All in all, a VERY pooe experience.

Scam site - you place a £10 live bet to qualify for the welcome bonus. It then purposely glitches with a payment problem so you naturally think that there is an issue & deposit another £10. You then check your bank & 2 x£10 has been successfully taken. 😳
You then go back on the site, finally find your bet that actually worked & went through after all (very hard to find btw - hidden away) and you withdraw your extra £10 balance. From doing this, all promos are removed & this apparently is hidden in their t’s & c’s. How this has any bearing whatsoever to the first qualifying £10 bet is beyond me…
Proper SCAM site so AVOID. They are doing this on purpose to catch you out!
Went on live chat - they’d be better off training the monkeys on the Gib Rock as the staff are so thick (or acting it & are in on the scam). They haven’t got a clue - I spoke to Ben main part of the chat.
I’m taking this matter further with trading standards (as I work for them) & my bank.

To boot, when you withdraw your £10, they only put £9.90 back into your account. What is that about?!

I can see that you have previously received a welcome free bet at another site that is part of the ProgressPlay network and this is the reason that you didn't receive your free bet.
Kindly note that it is stated in the terms of the promotion, as well as the bonus policy that you are only eligible for one welcome free bet in our network.

So yes,be mindful when signing up for their welcome offer,they will let you sign up,opt in and place a bet only then to tell you that you’re not having the bonus,telling you that you should have read all their small prints.

Tangobet has not paid me for over six months. They made an initial installment in January this year and promised to settle the remaining balance shortly after, but nothing has been paid since. Based on this experience, I would be very cautious about working with them.

Rubbish site and doesn’t give starting on bonus. Chat agents rude and not helpful

TangoBet allowed me to deposit £1218.31 whilst being self excluded.

i would be keen to know whether you will refund these deposits as i was self excluded

The odds are poor and they've started rejecting my system bets without any rhyme or reason. Plus it keeps logging you out which is frustrating. The only good think is that my withdrawals have been pretty instant.
