No visual explanations at all

This app has no visual explanations whatsoever — no pictures, no diagrams, nothing to help a child understand a concept, whether the answer is right or wrong. The questions themselves are also very dry: plain text, no engagement, no context.
For an app meant for kids, this makes it feel more like a plain quiz bank than an actual learning tool. There's no way to tell if my child truly understood something or just guessed.
Hoping for a serious update that adds visual explanations and makes the questions more engaging.

Utter waste of time as you don’t truly learn anything

What is absolute zero in science? Is it: my chance of getting a nine (this was actually a multiple choice option that it gave me) What’s funny about this question is that my chance of getting a nine could actually be a zero if I continue using this app for revision/homework. Here’s why: it doesn’t teach you how to understand questions, you just learn them in a sort of parrot fashion. What I mean by this is that when the question comes up I know what the answer is but I don’t ACTUALLY understand why it is that. On top of that some questions are just worded weirdly. This makes it a complete waste of time and unenjoyable. I would honestly 100% prefer exam questions over this carnage. Don’t get me wrong I love multiple choice questions but there is just too many. To improve this app I would :
1. Add some questions that you actually have to type and think about
2. Word questions correctly
3. Improve the mai ai responses as I don’t understand a thing from them.
On top of that when I said that the info it gave me is useless mai simply responded with a warning because it’s not nice or something???

After reading the five star reviews I went back to the app with an open mind however I just cannot see how this app can be five stars. The only good thing is the tassimals as it is interesting learning facts about random animals. I am sure that the five stars are just bots as there were too many people giving 1 star.

I really hope the company sees this and improves itself. Who knows maybe it could improve? :)

Oh WOW, what an AMAZING way to learn

WOW!!! TASSOMAI IS JUST ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! I MEAN, WHO DOESN’T WANT A “LEARNING” APP THAT TEACHES YOU SOOOOO MUCH BY MAKING YOU UNDERSTAND NOTHING AT ALL!!! IT’S JUST PERFECT!!!

THE REPETITIVE QUESTIONS??? BEAUTIFUL!!! I COULD ANSWER THE SAME THING A THOUSAND TIMES AND STILL LEARN ZERO, AND THAT’S EXACTLY WHAT I WANT FROM A “TOP‑TIER EDUCATION TOOL”!!!

THE EXPLANATIONS??? OH WOW, THEY’RE SOOOOO HELPFUL!!! I LOVE HOW THEY MANAGE TO BE VAGUE, CONFUSING, AND COMPLETELY USELESS ALL AT THE SAME TIME!!! WHAT A TALENT!!!

AND THE TIME IT WASTES??? MAGNIFICENT!!! I JUST ADORE SPENDING HOURS CLICKING THROUGH QUESTIONS THAT GIVE ME NO KNOWLEDGE WHATSOEVER!!! SUCH A PRODUCTIVE EXPERIENCE!!!

AND LET’S NOT FORGET HOW IT HELPS SCHOOLS “SAVE MONEY” INSTEAD OF PROVIDING REAL TEACHING!!! GENIUS!!! BRILLIANT!!! A TRUE MASTERPIECE OF CUTTING CORNERS!!!

FIVE STARS!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
BECAUSE IF I COULD RATE IT WITH FAKE POSITIVITY AND PURE SARCASM, I’D CALL MY EXPERIENCE WITH TASSOMAI A LEGENDARY EDUCATIONAL ADVENTURE!!!

TASSOMAI...

How does this help. When I get the question wrong I get to ask an AI, This doesnt help. I give it basically every answer and guess what they say "No.. It's not that one. Try again" until I finally get it correct. You'd think they'd change the question when you get it wrong atleast 3 times. I cry myself to sleep everyday knowing that tassomai exists. Thanks for reading.

ABSOLUTE JOKE

I personally get home crack open a nice cherry coke just to be shouted at by my mother "TASSOMAI GET IT DONE NOW YOU SCRUFF" so of course to avoid a severe beating I set aside my free time finish my tassomai homework which is time consuming, irritating and just straight up useless like realistically when is this going to become useful "revision" no it implements the same questions/answers so many times that you end up forgetting it so at the end of the day its like walking into your day time job at Tesco express to get you income and then just to spend it on a family size pack of Doritos and a drink so what I'm trying to hint at is its really a unnecessary waste of my time

Pretty mid

Very monotonous, you have to do the same questions over and over every single week. Doesn't help with understanding the subject, only useful for remembering answers to hyper-specific questions. If you choose which topic you want to do, it just gives you 1-2 points for some reason.
I suppose competing with classmates on the leaderboards are fun (〃▽〃) Tassimals are also motivating. Other than that, Tassomai is groundhog day disguised as an education platform.

A flawed system

Tassomai is the only learning app in which you want to get the answer wrong. Why? Because then you know all the answers and can just press 'retry' and get it all right. And there is lots of bugs in the app which can be easily abused.

Total waste of electricity

Total waste of electricity. This app is genuinely one of the worst apps for homework out there. When my school first introduced it i thought to myself how bad could it be? Bad. Really shockingly bad. I wish my school just stayed curious at this point. It is so infuriatingly bad its worse than sparx. Why does it exist? WHY WHY WHY! I cannot find a single thing i like about this app. Its just the same repetitive questions and the same repetetive subjects every week. I slave away doing my weekly goal for what? Oh it resets at midnight never to be seen again and for what? Not getting a single detention? I think i would rather the detention than do my tassomai at this point. It is so shocking i dont feel anything but rage when it comes time to do my weekly goal. I cant think of a single time this app has helped me one bit and im sure many people agree. I hope tassomai goes under at this point because thats the best scenario as it will be the only way to save people from the horror of this ahh app. Thank you goodbye.
