Recently got a quote for a 25000 mike…
Recently got a quote for a 25000 mile service after waiting two hours for someone to answer the phone! They then quoted £656 !! I thought what ! Had it serviced at another recognised Suzuki dealer same service for £285, how can they just justify charging nearly £400 more for same service by Suzuki dealer technicians? Unbelievable clearly overcharging , I am awaiting an itemisation of their charges , have reported to Suzuki U.K. and motoring ombudsman still waiting for their itemisation of charges ! You may want to think again contact other dealers before using them!
Very dissatisfied and disappointed, no wonder they are losing the Suzuki franchise.

I submitted a service request online and also via Tates Peugeot Crawley’s AI system. On both occasions I received an automated reply saying a member of the service team would be in touch to book me in – but nobody ever came back to me. Very disappointing. It makes me wonder if the lack of response is because I have the "Just Add Fuel" deal with Peugeot. Either way, this is poor service and not what I would expect from an authorised dealer.
Impossible to contact
Have been trying to contact them re servicing my DS9 for over 2 weeks.I thought they must of closed down.
Have left message after message not one response.
Tried a different tack and called the sales dept and again not picking up or responding to messages.So the moral of the story is if you want to purchase or service a DS9 do not bother to call Tates.

Staff the most unhelpful and dissapointing, gave me the runaround for nothing! I needed help and travelled twice to them only to be faced with an unfriendly staff member who was curt and unwelcoming.

James was absolutely brilliant and so helpful. From sorting the resevation, to everything needing sorting before and at the collection of the car. He did not rush us at all and was very thorough on the day, also offering support after if needed.I would without a doubt reccomend and use this garage again in the future.

I would have given 5 stars but for the fact my wing mirrors are now no longer closing on locking the car - not sure why, they were fine before. No doubt it's a simple fix but I don't know what it is...
Recent purchase
I recently purchased a vehicle from tates and the customer service I received from James was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Great contact throughout, I came across a discrepancy on a car check that I had done and emailing James straight away about the issue I got a rapid response from him and the matter was resolved quickly and I was made to feel at ease.
I would definitely recommend tates!

Poor service
Ive purchased cars from tates Crawley for 25 years service has always been good.
At present I have a C3 Aircross all fine until 18 months ago when the radio started acting up,poor reception station loss I've taken it into tates on three occasions with limited results. Today having booked it in 6 weeks ago I took it in.
I explained what the issue was and that it was getting worse,to my surprise I was told I would have to pay £120 to have it looked at,this is a car still under warranty with a known radio fault.
I've now had to take the matter up with Citroen UK.
Having read your response I would like to point out that at no time has anyone said that the head unit is not under warranty on the three occasions it's been looked at. So how many other issues on Citroen cars are not under warranty, I will await the response from Citroen UK but rest assured I will no longer be purchasing vehicles nor recommending Tate's again.
