Outstanding Customer Service.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Max who made buying a new car such an easy and pleasurable experience from start to finish. I reserved my car last Saturday and picked it up the following Friday, amazing. He kept me informed as to the whole process and explained everything in detail and nothing was too much trouble. After completing the sale he took me to the car and sat with me to advise on all the controls and set up profiles for me. He made sure I was fully comfortable with everything before he left and said any queries whatsoever to give him a call.

He is an absolute asset to Tates, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, customer service skills were excellent, attentive, patient and made the whole process stress-free.

I would highly recommend him if you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable, salesperson.

The other Salesmen were also very friendly and helpful and I would most certainly return to Tates.

The actual buying process was good, but one thing lets it down was the after sale documentation side. We had to chase them up several times to get the warranty documentation send to us, it took nearly two months to receive the paperwork. Also the sale manager did not return our calls as requested to discuss the problem, instead we got his minion taking his call which was not reassuring.

Nice people to buy a car from. Ian Stocks was the salesman I dealt with. Very nice to deal with and professional. Haven't bought a new car for many years, and loved the fact it was covered up when I arrived, and was then unveiled. Nice touch.

Ian really looks after us, this is our 4th car from you and everytime he looks after us so well, with a real personal touch.
