I am a mother and had the lovely job of sorting my son’s controllers out, the service I received in Blackburn store was amazing. One of the controllers were fine however the 2nd one had to be sent out. I had notifications every step of the way. Will defo use again.

PS3 Repair
I sent in my PS3 due to a fault with the laser in the disc drive (it was not reading games or blu rays but it was reading DVDs). I took my console to my local CEX store where they shipped my console to Tech Centre free of charge, and I had my console back within a week and a half. Not only had the console been repaired but the technician cleaned it up beautifully, there was no visible dust anywhere on the console, including the fans and the small gaps. I have even more confidence in the repair due to the generous 2 year warranty on the work done. I would highly recommend trusting Tech Centre with your console.
