Equipment is great at my local gym in Runcorn but I used the app for a few weeks and it has logged me out and cannot log back in. I have requested a password change but never recieve the mail to change it. So disappointed

I was on the phone to Luis just a few minutes ago. As a new user of the technogym app i felt overwhelmed with all the information there is and I called to ask for support to make the most of the app for me and my partner.
Luis answered all my questions and even suggested some uses of the app that I didn't even know that we could have.
I would just like to express how helpful, kind and understanding Luis was going above and beyond to guarantee the best user experience for me and my girlfriend.

Terrible, I have had a treadmill for a few years. It is light use. Started making a knocking noise. Have a maintenance agreement and warranty. Four visits from a technician and it’s still not working properly

So I bought a high end treadmill for home use, (technogym myrun)! It worked very well until it didnt, didnt get anymore maby 400km on it and screen broke down! Customer service was a pain in the a$$ as it took forever to get a reply! Finally I got someone from technogym to take a look at it, he said a software update and calibration would do the trick, it didnt but it cost me 500€ for maby 20-30min of work! Then they said to me that I have to order a new screen which would cost me around 3000€ installed… I replied I didnt want it and gave some feedback to them etc etc, and they stopped answering!

Wrote a previous review about our machines that were out of service one for about 6 months. Technician came this week to repair with the third cable. Yep you guessed it still not the right one. On the plus side they fitted the wrong one on the machine. Not working as designed but at least partly working.
Let’s see how the fourth cable goes when it arrives. They also repaired the treadmill which has been out of service for several months. Will see how that goes.

Update: although the company got in touch after my original review, nothing happened after I gave them the gym's contact details. Not even an acknowledgement of my message or my follow-up. Poor.
I belong to a gym which has repeatedly purchased Technogym equipment over the last eight years. Realistically, it doesn't seem fit for purpose. Issues are not repaired, the machines are rusty, seats split after a few months, accessories such as cup holders break and are not replaced. All in all, not recommended at all for any public gym. I contacted the company previously but nothing has changed. Wish I could upload some photos as they are shocking:(.

Waiting 7 weeks to fix cable machine. Paid quote then they tried to increase agreed quote. Still not fixed. Really expensive and useless

I wanted to make some simpel changes in my account of Technogym and that was apperently a major problem , but after my first comments on trustpilot , they contacted me early next day.
Now changes has been made.
Their sport equipment is number ONE in the world!

rarely write negative reviews, especially about premium brands. However, my experience with Technogym has been deeply disappointing.
I invested in high-end Technogym equipment at a significant cost, expecting durability, long-term serviceability, and premium customer support. The equipment was barely used and practically new when it became non-functional.
Over the course of more than a year, I repeatedly contacted customer service. I was asked multiple times at least eight separate occasions to provide serial numbers, photos, and videos, which clearly indicates a lack of internal coordination and proper case management.
Eventually, a technician visited my home, evaluated the machines, and confirmed they could be repaired. I was sent a quotation of approximately $4,850 for replacement parts, which I approved and paid. I then waited more than two months for the parts, being told they were delayed or held in customs.
After persistent follow-ups, I was informed that the equipment could not be repaired because the necessary parts are no longer produced. Both the treadmill and the bike model had been discontinued.
This leads to the most concerning issue:
When purchasing equipment from Technogym, customers should clearly understand that if a model is discontinued, the company may no longer manufacture replacement parts and your expensive equipment may become impossible to repair, regardless of how lightly it was used.
For products in this price category, long-term service support should be guaranteed. Being told that premium equipment cannot be repaired simply because production stopped raises serious concerns about sustainability, reliability, and long-term investment value.
The lack of coordination between technical staff and corporate offices, the acceptance of payment for parts that were ultimately unavailable, and the prolonged delays reflect a level of service that does not align with the expectations of a global luxury brand.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot confidently recommend Technogym as a dependable long-term investment.

Our Gym in Rustington has in excess of 7 Tecnogym machines currently out of order. If this is not resolved it looks to me like it will have to close.
Things are soo bad that the Gym has put up signs saying that they cannot get anything resolved as Technogym cannot offer any service.
