Clear, Practical and Valuable for Teachers at Every Stage
I enrolled in this TEFL course to obtain an additional qualification needed to teach in Asia. Having already worked as an English teacher for 25 years, I found it a valuable refresher covering the essential aspects of ESL teaching, both online and in the classroom.
The course was easy to navigate and offered a great variety of resources and useful links. The instructions for the assignments were clear and detailed. Communication was outstanding, and being able to ask questions and receive support made the experience especially positive.
I had the opportunity to revisit familiar concepts and strategies while exploring new techniques. I would definitely recommend this course.

No Certificate, No Proof, Asked to Pay Again!
I completed my Level 5 TEFL course in June 2026 and requested the free physical certificate, but it never arrived and I received no dispatch confirmation.
When I followed up in October, I was told it had been posted and that I would need to pay for a replacement. However, no tracking number, postal record, or confirmation email could be provided. I was later told it had been sent on 2 July to an address I only moved to last week.
I paid for this course but have still not received my certificate, and I am now being asked to pay again for a document that never arrived. Very disappointing.

Great material; limited communication
You're assigned a "tutor" who grades everything, and you're supposed to be able to get questions answered. The material is great, but the feedback is very minimal. I had to pay for an extension on the course just to view the final page that says "Congratulations on completing this course" in order to get the certificate because no one answered my emails about it. That was an extra ~$60 for literally no reason. Watch out for that "Congrats you're done" message after you finish the assignments!

An enjoyable and rewarding learning experience
I had a wonderful learning experience with The TEFL Org and am grateful for everything I learned throughout the course. From grammar and teaching methods to teaching online and managing larger classes, there was so much valuable knowledge to gain.
