Couldn't do it without Teladoc
I honestly don't know what my family and I would do without Teladoc...we get a diagnosis and prescription in literally minutes. I don't know why everyone doesn't use this yet, but they should!

Absolutely excellent service
Absolutely excellent service. The doctors appointment was confirmed shortly after I made it so from a time standpoint in incredibly fast turnaround. A doctor telephoned me asked me a bunch of questions, diagnosed my issues and gave me a solution. He was extremely nice, extremely knowledgeable and an actual MD. In my view, why would I ever go to a doctor's office when I can have this type of service. Absolutely love it.

Quick Care Without Red Tape
Concerns were addressed and a treatment plan was provided within a few hours. My prescription was with the pharmacy and I was able to pick it up the same day. Very quick care without having to jump through hoops. I'm more than pleased with the care I received. I would highly recommend Teledoc to friends and family.

Quick call, unhelpful doctor
I got a call quickly which was great. But the doctor was unhelpful. He almost seemed annoyed he had to call me. Gave me no advice on my symptoms or asked any follow up question.
I ended up trusting my gut and going to the hospital where they confirmed I had appendicitis.

It was fine but it was hard to hear the doctor when he's on speaker phone and I ask the doctor if he is on speaker phone, to kind of let him know, I'm having trouble hearing him, but he only continued to speak on speaker phone.

It is very convenient to have an answer and a treatment plan at 2:00AM . The doctor was super helpful to get me back on track. My prescriptions were sent to a 24 hour pharmacy near me. I appreciate the seamless and convenient experience.
