I have had an account with Telappliant for many years and they have provided great service. I would recommend them whether you are a new start up right through to call centre, they have the scale and ability to match your needs.

We have been with Telappliant for well over a decade and can say we rarely have any issues at all. If there is a problem, you can speak to a real person (support or customer service) who actually help you straight away and stay with an issue until it is resolved. The company is very reliable.

Had an issue with voicemail. Agent solved the issue with just one more email from myself. Excellent service.

I've always have very good service from them. You can actually get to talk to them on the phone, and they actually try to help. I'm not a big spender with them, but they still took the time to deal with my issues and resolve them speedily. Would recommend.

There was an persistent voicemail issue. The technical dept was NOT tired as to why it wasn’t resolved but professionally tried to tackle until it was successfully resolved. I wholeheartedly give a five star.

Horrible experience. Did not receive my order 3 days after I paid. Got a refund and 3 wasted days. 0/10 do NOT recommend.

Ive used Connexions here in Carlisle since they set up, and theres been no need to go to anyone else, because they just look after you.

My Telappliant service has been working in the background, anonymously, for years. There is rarely a problem, and on the rare occasion when there is one, it gets fixed quickly and without fuss. I was the cause of the most recent problem, but it was still resolved quickly.
