Extremely expensive for a joke of a bunch of roses with really bad customer service. Both roses and chocolate extremely small for the price and roses in a state.

Is this a scam ?

Is this a scam ?
I paid £72 for flowers to be delivered today. I received
an email from Euroflorist ( same company ? ) to say that they could not locate a florist near to the point of delivery. I tried to contact Teleflorist by phone ( line dead ) then l followed up with an email to Teleflorist but the email was blocked. I am reporting this as a scam to my credit card company. Appalling !

£24 for a very small bunch of flowers

£24 for a very small bunch of flowers. £5 for an inferior plastic vase. “Free chocolates” were the smallest box of Lindt ever seen. With p/p, £36 - of which would have purchased a premium presentation locally had I opted to deliver personally.
Not great. 😕

Only ordered due to alleged Sunday delivery

Ordered eFlorist flowers as they had Sunday availability to click on their website. Every Sunday on their calendar is available to book and the email confirmation confirmed Sunday date too. Transpires in the small print they only deliver on Sundays on Mother's Day, and so my delivery on what would have been a sad occasion was late and this is unacceptable to me. It is not difficult to edit an availability calendar to remove all other Sundays if the company cannot deliver on those dates, and I would have booked another florist had I known.

Terrible service

Terrible service, I paid for next day delivery and made sure they would arrive next day for my mums birthday, but arrived a day late. Had to go to a local florist which is what I wished I had done to start with. Will not use again.

Such a small bunch of flowers for the price. The flowers arrived and despite the reference of waiting 48 hours for them to flower, the bunch is so small. I paid £24m for a very small bunch of flowers which would cost around £5 in a supermarket. I wont be using again.

Shocking waste of money

I ordered bouquets for three family members xmas weekend. One sent a pic. I was shocked and embarrassed! A poor looking small amount of flowers which would cost around £4 in supermarkets!

Disgraceful

Received flowers in the hospital from my father in law, from Belfast
to Galway what appauling flowers, 8 sprigs all dying looks like they ran out of flowers and took these out of the bin absolute disgrace what's more annoying is I have used this company for several years through the business, to think that I sent flowers that look like this to customers doesn't bear thinking about.

Flowers arrived on time and through the letterbox. However the blooms were very dehydrated and floppy and they took some reviving. So the initial impression wasn't quiet the wow factor I was hoping for. But overall good value the flowers that were requested were the same as photo and message and everything else was perfect.

Disappointment

I ordered flowers as a surprise for my partner's birthday, they arrived on time as promised. When my partner opened them she was really disappointed, the heads on some stems were missing and had been put in the box that way. The order was for a large bouquet as per their advert but what arrived was a small bunch that certainly wasn't worth the money. I accept that they have delivery costs but allowing for that I could have bought a similar bouquet from the local supermarket for 10% of the cost of these. Their customer service team responded to my complaint promptly and sent a replacement bouquet which arrived intact and in full bloom but still nothing like the advert. I have used Teleflorist in the past and always had great feedback for flowers sent but it looks like they have changed the way they do business and now provide an inferior product that does not bear any resemblance to their advertised flowers.

Online Flower Order

Mediocre quality flowers and not particularly good value. Ordered Thursday for delivery on Saturday. Arrived that evening in a cardboard box, dry and shrivelled and left on the doorstep. Found by chance as the courier had not rung the doorbell.
