I can’t say anything about Telenor just now. Just I have started new journey with Telenor. I hope it won’t frustrate me.
Well thank you so much for asking I am not satisfied with customer service at telenor franchise as well as telenor service I was using telenor in Pakistan I was quite happy so I chose telenor here in Dk but totally not satisfied so far.

Worst internet connection I ever had. Initially, I had the COAX cable, as they don't offer fiber in the area where I live in. The internet was incredibly unstable, slow, and it was taking over 5 mins to load a website, to the point where I had to use my phone's hotspot to be able to take any work meetings at home. After multiple calls to Telenor they couldn't find a solution, so I decided to switch to their 5G internet. Things got a lot worse to the point where I had no internet connection in the evenings, and extremely slow connection during the day. I regret not switching to another provided earlier. Would not recommend Telenor.

Their service was good while I was a customer. Unfortunately, my opinion has completely changed after experiencing how they handle cancellations.
Two months ago, I moved my phone line and internet over to another provider. My new provider handled the switch, and I naturally assumed my relationship with Telenor was done. Instead, I kept receiving invoices. When I complained, Telenor informed me that they were still charging me for an add-on called "NetsikkerPlus."
The logic here is absolutely ridiculous and greedy. "NetsikkerPlus" is a network security feature. Because I canceled my actual internet and mobile lines, I am no longer on Telenor's infrastructure—meaning the security service literally cannot function. Yet, Telenor expects you to blindly guess that this phantom add-on stays active as a separate bill. On top of that, they are forcing me to pay a 30-day notice period for a useless, non-functioning service just to squeeze one last month of fees out of me.
It is incredibly disappointing to see a major company resort to hidden traps like this just to penalize customers who switch providers. If you ever leave Telenor, check your bills with a magnifying glass, because they will absolutely try to keep charging you for ghost services. Their policies need to be made crystal clear.

Telenor has awful coverage in Denmark with constant dropped calls and dead zones. Data speeds are incredibly slow, and the signal disappears completely inside buildings or outside major cities. Avoid them.

I applied for a fiber internet from Telenor on 27th of May, I’m told that I should get the router in 1-2 days but have to wait a week to get the connection - which I said okay, I didn’t know of course I was going to be pulled into a series of negligence and the worst process handling I’ve seen.
First, my router wasn’t shipped for days and when I called them I’m told that they’re glad I’m called and re-send the router, basically there’s no mechanism that tracks post-sale delivery, days could pass and they wouldn’t know unless you call.
Then I didn’t get my connection on time on the 7th day although I got the SMS confirmation. I’ve been calling them everyday ever since, everyday a different customer service agent is telling me a case has been created and it’s being worked on.
Today, on the 15th day of I’ve applied for an internet, finding out that my case has been suspended and duplicated and suspended again and actually not a human being has started working on it, albeit I’m calling and telling them everyday that the internet is essential for me to do my job.
I was going to be way more detailed and negative in my comment, yet luckily today I spoke with a customer service agent who is actually solution oriented, has the common sense to get to the bottom of the issue and offered me an interim solution in the meantime. Thank you Tudor, they’re so lucky to have you!
I hope this reaches to the relevant departments because you have quite problematic processes without any feedback or guard mechanisms, it’s so easy for an application to get lost into oblivion.
Obviously I know that this is not happening to everyone, but I can promise if you happen to be one of those people by chance, you can expect a terrible handling from Telenor end unless they take this feedback and actually do something about their internal processes.

I can only speak as a customer of telenor. Avoid it, they have nice offers, but unfortunately their customer service is a joke, I can say that after 3 calls.

Finally, I decided to leave Telenor and move my three mobile subscriptions to Telmore.
Telenor has hugely mistreated my wife's order. One customer service representative was quite rude instead of trying to understand the situation. My wife has been sent back and forth three times between customer service and the shop. There seems to be no coordination among their teams, and they have completely failed to resolve the issue. It has now been 19 days.
She ordered a new mobile phone along with a change to her mobile subscription.
Three days later, she received the phone. However, when she tried to order an eSIM for her existing number, Telenor's system would not allow it, and neither could their staff issue the new SIM themselves. We called them around 10 times, explaining the same issue over and over again, but they failed to help.
Initially, my wife was not even allowed to speak with a supervisor to understand why they couldn't solve the issue. Instead, she kept receiving the same meaningless responses.
She then submitted a formal complaint by email, but they did not respond. After she posted a review on Trustpilot, she received a call the very next day and was promised that the issue would be resolved soon. However, nothing has been fixed yet.
At that point, I took over the case and contacted customer service myself. I spoke with Emil, who promised that the issue would be resolved within 4–24 hours. He explained that they were still waiting for a response from their team in Bangladesh and therefore could not provide a definite resolution date.
I also spoke with their team lead, David, and received the same response: more promises, but no actual solution.
As compensation, they granted my wife one month free of charge, but then they billed her anyway. This means she now has to spend even more time dealing with yet another mistake.
This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. After 19 days, countless phone calls, multiple broken promises, and no resolution, I have lost all confidence in Telenor's ability to provide competent customer service.
Avoid Telenor if you value your time and expect problems to be handled professionally.

Your 5G internet is terrible. Every night for the last week it’s been unstable. When trying to determine outages from your website you get error messages that are just a long string of numbers and letters. Useless. I appreciate you have to upgrade stuff once in a while, but every night for the last week (post code 7451 sunds) is not acceptable. I need to work with people in a time zone 9 hours behind during the Danish night. It’s impossible with such unstable internet yet I’m paying full price!! Perhaps it’s time to try a different company cause it can’t possibly take that long to upgrade equipment.
