Cornelius is the most excellent IT…

Really bad experience-wouldn’t recommend at all

Really disappointed in this repair shop. I took my laptop to be repaired on Saturday 28th March and asked them if they would be able to repair it. I told them that I am moving out of Copenhagen permanently on Friday 3rd of April and asked that they only take it if they were confident they could repair it in time. They promised me they would try. I went in on Monday to check, with the intention of taking my laptop back if it was looking unlikely to be ready on time. The guy in the shop told me that the parts had arrived and the laptop would be ready to collect by Tuesday. I didn’t hear from them on Tuesday so went back in on Wednesday where they told me that they still needed to assemble it and test it (I.e. everything) and that they would call me when it was ready, I again said that I really needed it back before Friday because I was moving permanently and would not be able to collect the laptop. The guy assured me it would be find. I returned on Thursday to find the store closed for Easter and all the phone lines closed, I was unable to contact anyone and so was forced to leave Copenhagen without my laptop. When I called them on Saturday to find out what was going on, they initially told me that they’d lost my laptop and then after a while that it still wasn’t ready and there was nothing they could do. The guy on the phone was really rude and difficult and clearly didn’t care about the fact that my laptop was stuck in the wrong country to me. It was only after calling them again today that I was able to discover that they were unable to source the correct parts for the laptop and therefore couldn’t fix it but at no time did they call me to tell me this nor did they mention it any of the other 4 times I checked in to see how it was going. Now I’m on the hook to spend 1200dkk having it couriered to my new country, whilst still having a broken laptop. Really really unhappy with this service and would not recommend them to anyone

First of all, we are truly sorry that your experience ended this way, especially considering your upcoming move abroad and the pressure around the timing.

However, we would like to clarify a few important points regarding the process.

Your laptop was accepted with the understanding that we would do our best to complete the repair before your departure, but unfortunately repairs involving laptops and special-order parts can sometimes develop unpredictably during assembly and testing. Receiving parts does not always mean a device is immediately repair-ready, as all components still need to be properly fitted, tested and quality-checked before handover.

Regarding the Easter closure, our opening hours were publicly visible, but we completely understand how stressful the situation became when you were unable to collect the device before leaving Denmark.

We also want to sincerely apologize for the confusion during the phone call regarding the laptop’s status. Saying the laptop was “lost” was incorrect communication from our side during a stressful moment, and we fully understand why that created frustration and concern.

The final issue was unfortunately that the supplied parts were not compatible as expected, which was only confirmed during the final assembly/testing stage. We agree that communication during this process could have been better, and for that we sincerely apologize.

At no point was there any intention to mislead you or ignore your situation. Unfortunately, technical repairs can sometimes end in delays or unsuccessful outcomes despite genuine efforts from our technicians.

We would still very much appreciate the opportunity to help further if possible. Please feel free to contact us directly admin@telerepair.dk, as there may still be solutions we can assist with regarding the device or the current situation.

We genuinely wish you the best in your new country and are sorry that your final experience in Copenhagen with us became so frustrating.

Hello from the inside of Telerepair,

Some of the reviews comes from the clients that I’ve served them like I was trained inside this company and since I’ve left the company I would like to give them some feedback, after all I’ve worked with them for 2 years.
I don’t know how others feel when they go to work but for me it was like a second home. Great colleagues, great bosses and amazing things that I’ve learned due to this experience.
I will always remember that I was part of a great group of people that helped me through my journey and my life.

I am grateful and proud to say that it was a privilege and a blessing to meet such an incredible group.

I hope that you will continue to be what’s best for you and you will be how I’ve met you in person.

Good and professional service

Good and professional service. My girlfriend went with a totally broken phone rhey retrieved the entire data from it in a blink of a'n eye. Myself went with a charging problem on my phone and they cleaned up in no time. Nice friendly customer service.✌️

Great support from Hamed

Great support from Hamed who managed to fix the issue with my charging port within 30 min on not so popular phone model Asus Zenfone 9 - shows excellent vertisile skills and efficient work, 5 stars would recommend!

Fast and kind service

Fast and kind service.

My USB-C port had become very dirty so i could no longer use fast charging and even getting regular charging to work required fiddling with the cable to make it sit in the exact correct position.

Telerepair cleaned the port in a couple of minutes free of charge. Will definitely come back if I have more severe issues with my phone :)

Amazing, empathic service at Telerepair Amager

The screen of my phone stopped working and needed to be replaced. Since it had to be an original part, the repair was quite expensive. I checked several shops in Amagerbro, but none of them came close to the amazing customer service I received at Telerepair Amager.

The technician went out of his way to find the best, and most affordable, solution for me. After I visited the shop, he even texted me later to say he had found an optimal option, and he was right. The difference in both treatment and pricing compared to other shops was significant.

Most importantly, I felt he genuinely empathized with my situation and truly wanted to help. On top of everything, he applied a screen protector for free and gave me great advice on other accessories.

I truly believe this is by far the best repair shop in Amagerbro, both in terms of customer service and price. The difference compared to other places is huge.
