Corporate puppets.

Avoid this dishonest company. They took advantage of the fact that I had just woken up. The technician spent barely two minutes glancing at the back of my TV and running a rushed YouTube test. Because I couldn't reproduce the issue on the spot, I agreed to send video evidence later. Ten minutes after leaving, the tech returned and had me sign a second document while I was still groggy.Instead of using my video evidence to update the case, they sent it straight to LG, who immediately dismissed a clear hardware fault as "user error." I have already secured an independent inspection report that fully backs up my claims, and I am waiting on a second one.They care more about corporate liability than honesty. Do not trust them.
