I WILL LIKE TO EXPRESS MY GRATITUDE AND SINCERITY BY SAYING A BIG THANKS FOR MAKING THE REPAIRES COMPLETED,

I contacted the tenant support helpline in October 2025 only to be told to call back in November again got messed about with this company who seem to not know what they are doing and after all that they only supplied me with a legal secretary who want's to keep more than half of the compensation claim of £1500 & give me £290 even though I am the one suffering in pain.
Don't go with these robbing assholes, just go to the tenants ombudsmen who will not charge you a single penny and get you the full compensation you deserve in your pocket not in tenant supports pocket.

Nice people to deal with good service. Got to the point of the matter really quick. Very helpful all the way through.

I have been very happy from start to finish , its been a long year but they have helped every step of the way , communication was good , answerd any questions I had , my housing dragged there feet and these guys didnt let up , I have and would recommend them to other people , Mohammed and shakeel have been great I cant thankyou guys enough.

They were consistently battling with our housing association (Genesis) who, consistently tried to create barriers. Finally, and through persistence from HDS, in particular Shakeel, our claim was settled. Would thoroughly recommend them.

These people could not have been more helpful. They took a long & extremely frustrating repair case that had been undone for 3 years & got me a quality resolution.
I now have the repair completed & looking good, as it's my balcony it was fairly important safety wise as well. I received decent compensation & due to the surveyors report also had other minor repairs done most satisfactorily. Oversll a very posotive experience considering the negative mess that was before.

I JUST GOT A CALL FROM A VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT YOUNG FEMALE ON 07532773327.THEY WERE TENANCY SUPPORT SERVICES!!! I HAVE HAD MULTIPLE PROBLEMS WITH MY LOCAL COUNCIL SINCE 1985THIS TIME I DECIDED I WOULD TAKE THE TIME TO FIND OUT WHAT THEY COULD HELP ME WITH. WORSE DECISION IN A VERY LONG TIME ! SHE WANTED TO RUSH THROUGH THE CALL AND CONSTANTLY BUTTING IN USING ME NAME WITH A TONE OF YOUR A NAUGHTY GIRL! I TOLD HER I DO NOT APPRECIATE MY MAME BEING CONSTANTLY REPEATED THIS WAY IT WAS REALLY GETTING IRRITATING TO SAY THE LEAST. I SAID WHO ARE YOU AS I WILL OBVIOUSLY BE CHECKING YOUR REVIEWS! Just to add to there whole bad reviews already section . I think they are making a living out of collecting your data , they interact with your landlords telling them everything that is going on , get paid by a third party for starting your file . They won’t do nothing in the end - just empty hopes . Keep away as from the start they are very good at convincing you that you will definitely get compensation, after months of no contact - in the end where they prolly make there bag of money they will tell you that you don’t have a case whatsoever . Fake , unreliable and unreachable

YEAH scam they just won't to collect you data to sell it on

Unfortunately can’t give a minus rating. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. These people are incompetent and dishonest. I made a formal complaint which was investigated by one of the individuals mentioned in the complaint. I sent my complaint to the company that owns TSH Alam Law and they just passed it over to TSH. Won’t accept the offer because of various reasons so have been threatened with being charged £10,000 in fees. I have reported to Legal Ombudsmen.(I have all paper work should TSH feel the need to question my review, however I don’t think they will actually care)

I would rate no stars if I could
This is a scam. I have been called multiple times even though I am not a tenant of anyone let alone the council. I have now told them I will report them to Action Fraud as I don’t know how they got my phone number or name.

Provided all images and details of my complaint. At first they said I have a case but then they said they cannot assist and referred me to Ombudsman Service

I have noticed the previous poor reviews so just adding to them following my experience

what an absolute waste of one year going back and forth with this company. They ask for the same information over and over again. They clearly don't read any notes. These people and not a representation of legal assistance.

Please do not bother with them, you would have more luck with you Landlord and that is saying something!

If could give no stars I would threatening me with costs even though I told not to do anything until I said so because the repairs were carried out now trying to sue me for costs even though I said No do not use these scammers I'm disabled with long term illness government need to regulate these companies now reported to the fsa and to the law society and ombudsman SCAMMING VULNERABLE PEOPLE

Feel sick have to give 1 star, guys don't go with these whatever you do,they even blocked me on Facebook now so can't warn people. Yes somebody sent me email there's been a search for Tenant Support Helpline and there is no record or the solicitor who done my claim,and they link online takes you somewhere else,be careful guys
