I approached Tenders Direct for my business and I am so glad we did.
We have very little experience in this sector, however, Mike and his team talked us through everything at a pace that suited us. When it came to closing the deal Mike was superb, he was not pushy and listened carefully to all of our feedback and thoughts.

We chose Tenders Direct because of their gurantee to provide visibility of ALL portals. Other services don't offer this gurantee and we've found using alternatives (e.g. Find a Tenders does miss opportunities, or shows them quite late). Mike our Account Manager was easy to work with, flexible and helped us with our own slow and complicated supplier onboarding process.

I usually avoid asking for call backs on anything because you get deluged by sales calls. Not this time! I asked for help on the Tenders Direct website, using their chat function. It was a human answering my questions (yes really). The agent set me up with a Teams call with one of the sales team Mike, who patiently took us through a demonstration and answered questions.

He set up a follow up call a week later to see if I wanted to proceed with the service - which I did - and he got it sorted out for me. No pressure, no hassle, no spam.

If the service itself is anywhere as relevant, human and connected as the pre-sales and the sales has been, then I've just made a very good decision and am in safe hands. Thank you.

Really user friendly system with friendly support from sales and account manager so far. Sometimes the loading can be a little slow but other great system so far and really love the Opportunity Manager

TendersDirect communication as been incredible. The training available is brilliant and although our company is familiar with tenders and the tender process, the option of hand holding along the way is brilliant and has been needed on some tricker tender submissions. I highly recommend them as company.

Tenders Direct is excellent! The platform is easy to use, with accurate and timely daily alerts tailored to my sectors. I've found opportunities I would've missed elsewhere, and the support team is always helpful and responsive. Great value – highly recommended for anyone targeting public sector tenders!

Unfortunately, there has been a change in the quality of the daily advert summaries since the introduction of the new procurement act. We have notice adverts categorized wrongly, like PINs hidden as Awards and vice versa; ITTs classed as Awards; PINs issued without event details. Therefore, we tend to rely on the notification feature more and started using Find a Tender gov to check the exact content of the adverts.

For me there is not a very good flow of how the tenders display and just seems to be a bit user unfriendly for those ( me ) that are not necessarily technically minded.

The system is very easy to use and daily alerts provide all key information on the opportunities.
Our Account Manager, Victoria Gordon, has always been very helpful.
