I order a product..it was well over a…

I order a product..it was well over a week before getting it. It was the wrong size so had to return/Fed Ex it..requesting a different size. Waiting over another week tracking kept showing it's just sitting in. Warehouse. Contacted the delivery service they keep sending me the same msg that they will have to contact their warehouse to find out what is happening.
Then I contact Tentree and I have gotten 2 responses that I need to wait a little longer. Now into second week. I've still be charged and have no product. This is the absolute worst service I've ever experienced online. Very unfortunate as I like to support Canada companies. But I will stay on this for my refund and I will absolutely NEVER
make another purchase with this company.

Slow, not responsive

I've ordered from them a few times in the past and enjoyed their apparel, but now I've been waiting over a week for my order to ship and have had no response from customer service. Not great.

Surprised with my surprise

Firstly I had ordered their surprise box but had ordered as a size small. When it arrived I opened it and before realizing that all garments were size small, I found all the garments to be excellent. I had 2 T shirts, a jacket, a hat and a pair of shorts. I sent a reply email to Tentree saying I had ordered the wrong size and they allowed me to return everything free.
I then ordered a second box in my proper size and was even more pleased with what was inside: a flannel shirt, hat, shorts, pants and long sleeve ribbed T shirt.
The quality is excellent as usual.

Very good customer service

At first, I was reluctant to order from a company with no telephone number to reach for customer support (I am from the old School😉). However, I have to admit that I am extremely satisfied with the service provided to me by Isabella at customer service. And on top of this, I love my Lookout Long Puffer🥰. Very good value for money!

I received a beautiful tentree wool…

I received a beautiful tentree wool sweater for Christmas from my husband. Unfortunately it had a defect - and I sought out customer service for a remedy. They were quick to respond and guided me through the process to fix my issue. Wow- incredible service from Isabelle and the outcome was more than I ever expected!!

Love this company

Love this company. Have been rolling the dice on the mystery boxes for a couple of years now and the experience has been great. Have also ordered items off the website. The customer service is fabulous. Highly recommend.

I ordered two long puffer jackets and…

I ordered two long puffer jackets and they are amazing! They are super warm and so soft. I especially love the lined inside pockets and sleeves. Their customer service goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your purchase. I had to exchange a size and it was so easy! High quality, good for the environment, excellent customer service... what more can you ask for!

Great quality and exceptional customer care!

Wow! I’m a new loyal customer and you should be too! I purchased a Beatty Moone bag for an upcoming trip. After getting a delivery notification, but no package, I contacted Tentree Customer Care for some direction. After some real-life Sherlock Holmes investigating with USPS, it was discovered that my package was incorrectly delivered by USPS to someone else on my street, who chose to keep it and not forward it. When I reached out to Tentree Customer Care to update, Isabella surprised me and sent a replacement bag free of charge! Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity! Love the product quality and what your company stands for!

Great Service

I find Tentree support and customer service to be exceptional. Whenever I have reached out, you have all done a wonderful job of responding and following up. In this day and age, this kind of customer service is so encouraging to see. Your products are great, as is your service model and efforts to plant trees - and of course, that you are a Canadian company. This has all made me a committed customer.

Don’t trust

Don’t trust. Never received my order and all I receive is delay…then contact, my email only. 2-5 days to respond, but they never do.
Don’t buy from them.

So I ordered from tentree for…

So I ordered from tentree for Christmas. Received my package and had an item missing. I emailed and let them know that I was missing an item. A few days later Leah with customer service for tentree got in touch to help me get a replacement. She was wonderful and helped me replace my item with a different one, since my original was out of stock. No push back and no "oh well not our problem" like I just dealt with from pact. Been a lot of online order issues after black Friday, so grateful things have gone smoothly and been rectified so quickly with tentree. I will update again once I receive my new item.

Tentree Customer Support

I wrote an email to customer support explaining a Christmas dilemma I had. To be honest I wasn’t sure I would receive a response from anyone at Tentree. To my surprise I did receive an answer almost immediately and was met with nothing but kindness and amazing assistance.

I received an email that the item I wanted was on sale. I immediately ordered it and to my surprise and joy, I believe I got an added discount for being first time customer.

As we’ve been looking at the site we’ve had a chance to peruse the other apparel. We are so impressed with the quality and pride you take in your clothing. We will definitely consider your company in the future.

Your help and quick customer service responses were overwhelming compared to other companies. This company definitely goes above and beyond. That is after all Canadian at its best, isn’t it?

Delicious, nutritious cork.

My Tentree hoodies are the most comfortable things I own. And, according to my feral toddler, they're also the most delicious? I was mildly alarmed to discover he had eaten 2 of my cork pull tabs, and not because they were bad for him (probably some of the more nutritious things he's eating lately tbh).

I contacted support, hoping I'd be able to buy replacement tabs, and they just threw some in an envelope for me! Now I can walk around with slightly less evidence that my offspring is essentially a wild animal with good taste in (for?) clothing.
