Wow, could not fault from start to finish. Reliable and reasonably priced. Moved all of our belongings from a four bed house. Left nothing, only too happy to help. Lovely boys, genuine, honest, down to earth and quite funny!!! Second time to use the lunts for moving house in 8 years and would definitely use again if moving.

ANYWAY I'VE BOOKED THEM TO MOVE FROM A ONE BED FLAT, AND WHAT REMOVAL FIRM DOESNT MOVE ALL YOUR STUFF, IE, MICROWAVE OVEN, TOASTER, BAGS OF CLOTHES AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS STUFF, ONLY TOOK WARDROBES BEDS AND SOFAS ETC NOT EVEN TVS, ALL THIS TO MOVE 200 YARDS OR LESS ACROSS THE ESTATE, £,,350 QUID TOO, TERRY LUNT , MORE LIKE
TERRY #UNT WITH A CAPITAL C...

P.S, cAN THE COMPANY TELL ME HOW THEY CALCULATE THE COSTS IS IT TIME ON JOB OR DISTANCE, OR IS IT JUST HOW /DESPERATE OR NAIVE OR VULNERABLE pEOPLE LOOK, ?

Couldn’t ask for more from Terry Lunt removals. Friendly, got the job done quickly and were well prepared, ensuring they put down covers on the carpet. Would definitely recommend!

Just caught one of their employees in my garden, standing on my wheelie bin to climb over my fence to gain access to next door. Rang their office to complain and was told by a Director he would call me back. Waited an hour and no call back. Clearly this company think they can access whatever property they like and do whatever they like

I made an appointment for Terry Lunt to come and give us a quote for removal. The lady I spoke to seemed reluctant to give us the appointment and even inferred she did not want to waste it on us. I assured her we would be in.
They offered a pm slot and said we would get a 30 minute courtesy call. I rang on the day to re-confirm they were coming. We waited in all afternoon. It got to 4:30 pm and no one had called or turned up. I called and was told they could not make it and would have to re-arrange. They did not even bother to call to let us know. Unreliable and at times rude in dealing with customers.

Terry Lunts were fabulous from the start. We had a difficult sale, but they were very supportive and helped with trying to make the booking.
They came around to do a quote and I found the gentleman (one fo the sons) very friendly. The lady of the phone was very helpful and answered all our questions.
On the day, they were on time, friendly and professional - 2 more of the sons. They packed the house up efficiently and with great care.
Once at the new house, they put every box or item in the room we asked.
Three hard working guys who you couldn't ask much more from.
What made it even nicer, was how many of our neighbours recognised the lorry and how they helped them move or a family member, all very positive. I would highly recommend.
They also rent boxes which you can get your money back on, if you return them in good shape.
