Blodprovning
It is not bad but you need to arrange & set a time before giving blood and unfortunately I have to do it twice because for some 'weird' reason I can not see my B12 test results and it's only says aaa we are so sorry so here is our deal for you bla bla.. without any explanation.
Thanks for explanation but my husband also has the same issue so I don't know what is the problem. If it happens rare then we are so unlucky!

We’re sorry that you had to repeat your test and that you did not receive a clearer explanation regarding your result. In some cases, blood samples unfortunately cannot be analyzed due to factors such as hemolysis (when red blood cells break during handling) or if the sample quality has been affected during transport or processing. When this happens, the laboratory is unable to generate a reliable result, and the test needs to be retaken.
These situations are rare and not something we can fully control, as they occur during the sampling or laboratory analysis process. However, we completely understand that this can be frustrating.

Bad customer service
EDIT: I am editing this before I was very disappointed with customer service
The only advantage: Quick and I hope accurate
The big problem is you need to do the research yourself and the customer service is quite bad
I got the results very quickly (maybe the following day). However, they didn´t include in the website the conditions to have the analysis done in order to increase accuracy in the results: is it during the morning, on a special day of the period cycle, etc?
You have to research this yourself.
I contacted them about this and customer service asked which tests I wanted to re do. When I answered, they sent me back a "50% discount", but since I had bought the tests on Black Friday, it was really no discount at all, it was just repaying for the test I had already done.
They say I should do the research myself or ask my doctor before the test but it is obvious that one a fertility test to know whether one should go to a fertility clinic BEFORE one does it. If I feel like my values are still good I won´t even go in the first pllace.
