Incredibly abysmal customer service

Incredibly abysmal customer service. I'm inquiring about a missing package and they claim to be "looking" into it or "investigating" and I've gotten the same email response every time. "We're looking into it, please wait for the out for delivery notification." Like no... if you are looking into it, PLEASE actually do so and PLEASE update me on its whereabouts. I decided to call to extra clarification. Was on hold for a few minutes; no problem. But once I did get with a representative, they said I'd have to get transferred to the delivery department... okay no issue. Finally, the transfer fails and the call drops. I'm very disappointed with the level of service I've received. Companies should not use TForce as a shipping service due to how abysmal they are with their service and lost packages.

Drunk and Drive Drivers!

Drunk and Drive Drivers!
Very incapable delivery company.
Who owns this business?
They delivered my package to a wrong door that is not within my neighborhood even though they had my correct address on the package.
My item was marked delivered on the merchandise website so I contacted DHL and they gave me the local delivery company's information which happened to be TFORCE.
I contacted them and asked them for proof of delivery. They sent me a picture of a door that is not within my neighborhood. How can you have a correct address and deliver to a wrong address. It doesn't make any sense.
They are using drunk drivers!
They told me they have attempted to retrieve the package from the wrong address but was unsuccessful.
Fashion nova doesn't want to take responsibility for my missing package so is TFORCE.
I have lost $350 because of their incapacitated.

Horrendous

Horrendous. Drivers blatantly lie about delivering. Been chasing a parcel since last week. I’ve never encountered a more inept courier service.

Drivers can’t use the eyes in their head, nor can they follow a gps map to find a simple address

This will be delivery attempt number 3 for them for the same item, I called, trying to pick it up and do the job for their incapable drivers, but was denied that request.

My parcel arrived in Toronto on…

My parcel arrived in Toronto on Tuesday. Wednesday they said there would be a delay and it would be delivered on Thursday. It was not. Then they said it would be delivered on Friday and two missorts happened at 2 facilities. This company is unbelievably inefficient and should not be used for any important deliveries. It’s Friday and now it’s going to take another 1-2 days if they don’t screw up again

Still waiting on my package to be…

Still waiting on my package to be delivered from a short distance. Ridiculous been waiting a month now. I ask them when my package will be delivered and couldn’t get a legitimate date. I ordered this over a month ago. My package is sitting in Stoney creek only an hour from me. Someone’s not going to get their Christmas gift at this rate. Poor service .

Package delivered to the wrong street, TForce ghosted me

Package reported delivered Nov28 at 3:06pm. Doorbell camera said nothing delivered. Reached out through their automated system to report the package missing.
The next day I received an email “here’s the proof of delivery, if this is not the correct destination open a new ticket”. The attached photo had the correct house number but was not my door, so clearly they went to the wrong street.
I both replied to the email thread and opened a new ticket indicating that their “proof” showed the incorrect street and never heard back from them. I reached out through their complaint system and also never heard back. Thankfully the person who received my package was only away for the weekend and kindly brought it over when they returned. Several hundred dollars worth of holiday purchases sitting out for 2 days and the company won’t acknowledge their error and didn’t attempt to correct it.

Seems like driver kept the package

So, we get a notification that our package was delivered at 10:50 PM, which we saw the morning after. We checked everywhere, no package to be seen.
We contact the company and they send us the "proof of delivery picture".
The picture is taken from inside a car, from the back seat (which is obvious due to shape of the window). The picture is so blurry that you cannot even see the adress of the building, and there are no boxes whatsoever in the picture.
The company insists that it is a proof of delivery.
Proof of delivery? No address, no box, from inside a car? It would be funny if it was not a $300 package.
What a bunch of losers.
I suggest you do your best to avoid using their services.

Repeated bad service over a week

On Monday of this week I received tracking information that the parcel had arrived locally and would be delivered soon. On Tuesday, tracking said there was an address problem. Then it said the problem had been corrected and it could still arrive that day. Wednesday and Thursday at noon each day it said there was an address problem which had been corrected. I live in an apartment and have to be there to receive deliveries. At no time, Tuesday through Friday did tracking say it was out for delivery. I checked my messages after coming home each day and there had been a delivery person there Tuesday through Thursday. On Friday I called TForce customer service and was later called by a dispatcher. They said they couldn’t get in the building because there was no building code. The building didn’t have a generic building code. I had to explain that I needed to know when parcels are out for delivery so I can wait for them, and drivers have to buzz me so I can let them up. I stayed home that day and the delivery driver buzzed me in the afternoon. I gave explicit instructions on how to get to my apartment which is only on the first floor, and that I would be waiting for him at my door. He didn’t come up. He left the parcel in the mail room. I found it after waiting for him for over ten minutes. I’ve had over a hundred deliveries and this is about the worst one.

DO NOT USE THEM

DO NOT USE THEM . They are LIARS . They lost my package and keep lying about its delivery. I’m sure their driver stole my package that’s why they claim it’s delayed but yet can’t give me tracking info . They delayed my package for 5 days now , change delivery date each day but yet can’t give me details about my package . Just say the truth that you lost my package rather than trick me with fake delivery updates. Very horrible company please run away from them . DO NOT USE THEM

My package was delivered to the wrong address and they offered nothing…

My package was delivered to the wrong address. When I informed them the same day that I hadn't received it even though I was home, it took them a day to send me the picture of the proof of delivery. I then informed them that the picture was not my front door - different color and material as well. All they replied with was Sorry... We'll get back to you. The next day, the recipient called me telling me that they had my parcel and brought it to me - I was very thankful. When I informed TForce of this, I heard nothing. No " we are glad to hear you got it despite our mistake" I was never offered compensation if I wasn't able to get my parcel, which they should have if it ended up stolen.
I ordered items through Mountain Warehouse and I would advise them to not use this company.

I ordered a product to give to my…

I ordered a product to give to my Father in Law for Father’s Day- before he went back overseas, but they delivered my product to the wrong address. After the first 2 trouble tickets they sent me pictures of the product delivered to the wrong address and continuously assured me that 1- They had done their part 2- I was at fault and 3- To refer to the picture of the delivered product. I had to send several emails all with brand new customer support tickets (as I was instructed to do at the end of each email along with being told I had received my product). Even after calling and being promised they would get back to me, it’s been a week since the call and nothing. The craziest part is that they have delivered to my house from the same site on 3 separate occasions this year alone. The address is saved on the site, and if they take pictures of deliveries, then they could easily just look at the home in the 3 other deliveries and see they messed up. Their customer service is horrible. I’d much rather have my packages delivered by USPS. At least they know how to properly follow a gps.

Nonexistent customer service and theft

Nonexistent customer service and zero accountability. Rampant theft. I have had many deliveries from StockX. Never an issue or delay, when UPS or FedEx was the company tasked with delivery after authentication. However, whenever packages are delivered by this company, my shoes never arrive or become “lost” during shipment from their facility. The company's use of “independent” contractors seem to have contributed to the theft of packages. The management offer no accountability, apology, or remedy for the issue. You can literally see a timetable of when your package was stolen. The company is either complicit in the thefts or don't care about the issue. It has been two weeks and no one from management has contacted me concerning the incident.

Tforcelogisitics is a joke - UPDATE

Tforcelogisitics is a joke - Best Buy made a terrible mistake using them to ship an item that was purchased on Nov. 28, 2023 - according to Best Buy "this was the fastest shipping method". Attempted delivery was 3 days later on Dec. 01, 2023 - waited until 9pm - got a message from shipping company "bad address" - I have lived at this address for 70 years - other companies have no problem finding me - Now Dec. 04, 2023 and still no parcel and no indication of a delivery time - contacted Tforce 6 times now without a viable response. Supposed two day delivery is now SIX days - Tforce appears to assume NO responsibilty. Extremely bad experience.
***Dec. 04, 2023 - Asked again for address - holding $500 parcel hostage while they try to figure out what to do - NO response as to new shipment date / tracker number - now Dec. 05, 2023 and still no feedback from Tforce - called customer service and basically was told "too bad" - we need your phone number **AGAIN** - seriously thinking now of lawsuit

They do not deliver to apartment…

They do not deliver to apartment buildings. After seeing my package was out for delivery, I expected it within the day, but came to find it was marked as undeliverable due to denied access. This was obviously a lie as the same day TFORCE claimed to be attempting delivery, I also received a delivery from Amazon. The Amazon driver was able to use the keypad at my apartment building and I was able to allow them access to my building. The next day TFORCE again claimed to be out for delivery and again claimed to have been denied access to my building. At the end of day two, my package was marked as "return to sender". I checked the front of my building and our mail room, there was no pick up slip left by the delivery driver. The fact that their drivers are not trained on how apartment buildings work and do not allow for later pick up is so strange. When I contacted their customer service I was told once packages are returned to sender it is out of their hands. When I asked why my buzzer was never rung or why I was never called to grant building access I never received a response.

Delivered to wrong address twice!

Purchased an item from Zulilly. TForce delivered the package to the wrong address. I contacted customer service and they just keep sending pics of the item delivered to the wrong address saying it was delivered. I finally got frustrated with them and contacted Zulilly who reshipped the product. And once again, TForce delivered the package to the wrong address. Customer service keeps saying they have submitted the complaint to higher but haven't heard back from them. It's been 11 days since the product was delivered to the wrong location, and they told me to wait another 24 hours to see if they hear back from higher ups. Worst company ever
