Thames Valley Frames Ltd T/A Thames Valley Bifolds 

This company has taken our money for a set of Smarts Bifolds and since completely disappeared off the radar. Their registered address on Companies House hasn't been occupied by them for 8 years, they've been kicked out of their shop on Kingston Lane for not paying rent and we are left with a large hole at the back of our house where the bifolds should have been installed last month. They also refuse to return any of our phone calls, messages or letters to communicate why they have completely shut down in the space of three weeks since taking our order.

We had a new roof put on our conservatory as it was leaking in quite a few places. We were recommended this company by a friend who had new back doors put in and said they had done an excellent job. Well I cannot praise this company enough. The guys came on time and were very polite. We are so pleased with the work they have done and no leaks! And we have had a lot of rain !. I want to say a big thankyou as it's hard to find a good, trustworthy company nowerdays. I thoroughly recommend them.

This is a really good company. After fitting bifold doors to a large opening over 10 years ago - so years of trouble free opening - they returned promptly when a hinge fault developed. It was swiftly assessed, a new part ordered and fitted for a modest sum. Thank you Thames Valley Bifolds.

This is a wonderful family run business with great customer service and attention to detail. We had a large glazed roof, front door and some windows done by Thames Valley and although there were some teething issues, Philip (who heads up of the business) always came back to sort these for us and is a pleasure to deal with. Absolutely spot on service from Reece and the guys. Very polite, efficient and clean. They did an absolute sterling job installing 8 windows (including Bay window) at the front of the house. Looks absolutely amazing. Also the difference in noise and heating is fantastic!! thank you.
