Checkout did not work for weeks. I have tried multiple browsers, operating systems and laptops. I have tried to contact them by phone and email for several days but was ignored and had no response. I am moving on to buy items from IKEA now. What a shame. Why have a website and not help your customers with "purchasing" from you? Makes no sense. Easiest way to lose customers!

I was really surprised I've had this experience with this company. Up untill the point where I started having issues, I thought that they were fantastic value for money. Their packing materials are of good quality and reasonably priced. My issues began when I'd paid for next day delivery and my items never arrived. This is completely fine, it happens but trying to get in touch with them to arrange a return and a refund has been an absolute nightmare. I only managed to speak to someone after I complained to PayPal. Now that my items have been returned using a courier they organised,I am still
waiting for my refund ( over a month ago) Once again Moving Home Warehouse has went conveniently quiet. Because the process has been dragged out for so long (which I am starting to believe was intentional) , I am no longer covered by PayPal. I am taking this further with my card provider and if still not resolved, the financial ombudsman. I have provided plenty opportunities for someone from The Moving Home Warehouse to give me an update. I've sent multiple chaser emails, I've submitted a form on their online portal and I've tried calling. Very disappointed and quite frankly they've stolen my money. All I wanted was for someone to give me an update. If there was a delay, I would have accepted that and waited patiently for a refund.

Good didn't arrive on the day promised. Then they delivered the wrong order. Then they wouldn't answer the phone so I had to email.
First and last time. Useless

Delivery was quick but too expensive 6.95GBP, and there is no cheaper option. The boxes are flimsy looking although it is double walled as advertised but very barely. The worst thing is the brown packing tape, which is the flimsiest ever tape I have ever seen or used in my whole entire life!!! I have moved house 4 times before, and I have only used spare boxes from the hospital I work at or ordered from Amazon, all were of far better quality than these so called packing boxes and tapes. Not worth buying at all. I am very regretful of the buy and could not return them, as I have to pay the return postage and the delivery cost will not be refunded anyway. So it is simply not worth the hussle. I will just be selling them back or giving them away in the neighbourhood.

Quick & efficient delivery - spot on! The boxes are top quality, and the moving kit contained everything we needed to pack up our home. I highly recommend - 10/10.

They do next day delivery (with DPD, a good courier company) for boxes if you're in a hurry. My boxes arrived on time so I'm a happy customer!

What a smashing company. Ordered some boxes and bubble wrap - very good prices (and I'd wandered about all over the web to compare.)
Not only that but they delivered in two days flat via DPD. Brilliant service. Everything was well wrapped and safe and I just think that these guys are brilliant.

I needed some moving boxes in a hurry so ordered from the moving home warehouse. Firstly the website is fantastic really easy to navigate and so many options. I used the kit builder to select exactly what I needed. The boxes arrived next day and I must say the quality was amazing really sturdy double walled boxes and plenty of them. They arrived in a handy large box that I was able to use for packing. I would definitely use them again and will be recommending them to any friends who are moving. Top marks.

Ordered large house moving kit and it was light by 5 boxes plus had no marker. The boxes were in an outer box with no protection and when we had torrential rain on Monday they were left at the back of the house. I know were are supposed to be using less plastic but grief a little common sense, if possible, it is the UK which has lots of rain.
