Customer service
I have found that at times it was difficult to get a response from the company. However that was until I goot a hold of Jem. I have difficulty in the summer and fall months, because I travel and for 6 months I am not in one place for long so it is difficult to order. Jem was such a great help and her follow up is awesome! Great customer service and an awesome product!
Great Customer support!
Sarah Joy made everything seamless when we had an issue with the shipment. I have purchased from Besque many times and never had any issues.

Bad business … Shockingly bad !
Their customer service is shockingly bad! Over a period of three months I have emailed them 5 times cancelling my subscription and yet they continue to help themselves to my credit card and have now twice sent me another order.
This oil is overpriced and the company ignores you.
Update: The company contacted me within 2 days of posting the review and offered me a discount on my ‘next purchase’!!!! Why on earth would I purchase more from them when they have previously sent me & charged me for 2 orders that were unauthorised after having cancelled my subscription via email 5 times.

I love this body oil! It smells fabulous and makes my skin so soft! I also use the hair oils and love those as well. I had an issue with an order and Sarah Joy was very helpful and took care of the issue right away !
Excellent Guest Service
The magic oil is incredible. It tightens your skin and makes it smooth. I have been using for about 9 months. I have subscribed to it so it comes monthly. I have recently moved and sent that information to customer service to change shipping and later billing address. Leah Joy was excellent. I didn't expect a reply to say it was all set. She was very thorough with my request. The Guest service with this company is outstanding. I have had other correspondents with them and always prompt and above and beyond expectations!Thanks Leah!

Great product and service!
Working with Sarah Joy was just that, a joy . We love this product, the oil is great on my skin and my husband loves it too. He worked for many years outside, this oil has changed his skin to soft and strong again . We needed the bigger bottle and Sarah changed my order to a bigger size . Thanks for the great service ❤️

Cancellation and product issues
Doesn’t work and irradiated my skin.
Have sent multiple emails to the company asking for them to cancel my account and future orders and have been ignored. You are unable to cancel from your account. I’ve had to contact my credit card company to prevent charges. Buyer beware!

Had an issue getting my package and…
Had an issue getting my package and updates on my package.....not the fault of Besque but reached out to see if they could help. Sent an email and got a response almost immediately and let me know my package was being held at the post office. Leah Joy was very pleasant to deal with. Great customer service and im on my 2nd bottle of Besque....so im pleased with that too!!

I requested my subscription be canceled…
I requested my subscription be canceled on April 10th 2026. I was charged for another month on May 15th 2026. Their customer service didn't respond to me, until May 21st, when they asked me why I wanted to cancel, yet they still didn't cancel my subscription. I don't want to be charged for this oil. I find it mediocre and at $78 a bottle it's simply not worth it. Add to the fact the customer service has been atrocious, I can not reccomend this company or their product.
