SCAM!! Paid for a year's membership to showcase my business. Emailed and called them 3 months before the next renewal to inform them I would not be renewing. They confirmed over the phone and via email that the gocardless subscription was cancelled. Payment was taken anyway. They confirmed they would refund the money after I raised it. Now they are not responding and won't pick up the phone. They have effectively stolen my money.

As per a previous review by a company who advertised this is a trap! Money taken after a year via Go cardless with no communication for a year from this company. No advise that payment would be taken so no opportunity to withdraw. They rely on you forgetting. Had absolutely no enquiries from the advertising with this company and now they refuse to return the money they have taken.
Edit - I have been refunded 50% of the advertising money which was taken as a yearly subscription via GoCardless. The company advise that they are not the same company as the other reviewer. They also have said that they will set notifications so that advertising customers have the opportunity to opt out of this continuing advertising subscription they use.

Just got ripped off by a pop up on this site. Seems very dodgy to me.

Used this site to buy tickets for the Bodyguard in Liverpool - when I needed to find out disabled access information they came back to me immediately and put me in touch with the correct contact. The show was also fantastic! Thank you!

Received my tickets in perfect time for the Blackpool Boneyard weekender in May, Had a fantastic weekend,highly recommend .

Please be aware that this company are not the same as the previous firm. They did 12 month advertising contracts.
This is not the same, companies only pay a small monthly coding fee to be listed as a preferred partner, with no contracts or T&C's. Pay as you go facility.

Do not advertise with this website. Their whole business model is set up to trap customers into rolling contracts. they have a very low web presence and so little or no traffic is ever directed. They demand a 12 month written notice period to cancel otherwise contracts roll over for a further 12 months ! This is never explained and no renewals are ever sent out. They have to trap their customers in order to maintain advertising revenue rather than make their own efforts to improve their website. If the website worked, customers would not want to cancel. Businesses that treat their customers this way should be avoided. Any business with integrity would not exploit an unhappy customer.
