When seeking chiropractic treatment, I strongly recommend that prospective patients look elsewhere. In my experience, the duty of care owed to patients, together with acting in a patient’s best interests, appears to be absent from the standards of this practice.

As a direct consequence of what I consider to be breathtakingly poor business practices, I have been left with no alternative but to seek treatment from a more competent and professional provider. Appointments were routinely not attended to on time, promised aftercare was entirely non-existent, and when I was compelled to pursue the practice for the follow-up care that had been promised, my enquiries were simply ignored. As a direct result, I have incurred further financial expense in engaging a competent practice to undertake the remedial treatment necessitated by the shortcomings of the care I received.

With respect, I would urge prospective patients to seek an alternative provider in order to avoid being subjected to similar or identical circumstances.

The treatment I received has, at best, exacerbated the pain associated with the injury for which I initially sought treatment. At worst, it has caused, whether deliberately and/or negligently, further and sustained long-term damage to that injury. In either event, the treatment I received has left me in a materially worse position than when I first attended the practice.

After a strange and irritating back injury, I had a session with Taylor - and he is excellent. He's clear, friendly, knowledgeable and hugely reassuring; we worked through the issue, figured the likely cause and got on with getting it sorted. Over the course of the session it became clear that Taylor's expertise with runners is exceptional - I shall be back for regular help.

I am 64 years old and have a chronic bone condition in my left hip called Paget's. I had treatment in March 2025 called 'Zoledronate infusion'.
