The Boiler Engineer Ltd provided decent service overall. Their team was polite and professional during the boiler installation and maintenance visits. While the process was smooth, the experience was satisfactory rather than exceptional. Communication was consistent, and the staff were helpful and efficient, but some minor improvements could elevate their service further. A solid 3-star experience.

Having received excellent service since the new boiler was installed just over a year ago, I would certainly recommend this company. The engineer, Brandon, who came to do the annual check up was pleasant and knowledgeable and provided very interesting information about the system.

Our boiler broke down. From my first contact with Tracy to our 2 visits from Brandon, 1 to diagnose and 1 to fix, I cannot fault this company.

Old boiler removed and new combi installed. Wayne visited to survey the property, next day submitted quote. The following week Brandon, Cameron & Dillon (a credit to the company) arrived to start work.

We are very pleased with Wayne of the Boiler Engineer who is always on hand to help, and service our conservatory gas heaters. Wayne and his team of engineers are always helpful and arrive when they say they will, unlike some major utility companies! We needed a new boiler fitted. So phoned the Boiler Engineer Ltd.
They made an appointment for somebody to come out to advise us. Wayne Chapman came around for a chat and to advise us (he gave us no hard sales talk just advice).
We agreed for them to fit us a new boiler.
On the day arranged Ronnie and Cameron turned up right on time. they removed old boiler and replaced it with new all in a day. They came back the next day and flushed out all the radiators.
They were extremely polite and friendly and happily answered any questions we had. After the second day they left every thing clean and tidy. We would truly recommend this company.

This was some quite extensive work for my 92year old mother. The Company kept my mum (via letter as she is does not understand e-mails) and myself up to speed with what was happening and when.

The two lads that did the work were polite, clean, tidy and efficient and are a credit to the Company and themselves

Had a really great experience with 2 great engineers. They arrived on time were polite and considerate removing shoes etc. aside fro promptly dealing with my issues they were kind enough to explain some of the reasons and possibilities and how things work which is great as I am someone who likes to know what’s going on. 10/10 would definately have those boys back again
