Have Not Received My Order, Cannot Contact Them
I ordered a set of filters 11 days ago and received an email saying I would be notified when my item was shipped. Expected shipping time was 4-6 days. Have not heard a thing since. I've contact The Camera Box via their contact form, email, and phone, all times they either don't reply or say they'll call back, then they never do. They either have really bad customer service or are a scam.

I wasn't familiar with the Camera Box, but I had a great experience with my purchase. I made a mistake with my order, and they were able to help me correct the issue and still managed to ship it out later that day.

Good Surprise.
I was very Doubtful as to how a site I never heard of would work out. I was pleasantly surprised that they had what I wanted at a pretty decent price and shipping & delivery were on time, placed where I requested and in good condition. I will do business with them again and recommend The Camera Box to others.
