They couldn't get me the case I wanted in time so the guy on the Chat Window suggested a [much] cheaper option, so I ordered that.
Then a follow up phonecall from a lovely lady asking me if it was OK to leave the lid foam in.
Arrived really quickly and is perfect for what I need.
I'm delighted and would buy from The Case Shop again in a heartbeat.

Havent actually received my case but just to say that the manager/owner(?), Tim, replied to my query about personalising a case, offered suitable alternatives. Then when I ordered the first one, phoned to let me know it would be a short wait for delivery, and to make sure I wanted it and not a cheaper version!
