I ordered a case with a Wowcher code and the package arrived really quickly - but it wasn't the item I ordered. This was in May and since then communication with this company has been dire. I'm not kidding, I think they employ sloths in their Customer Service Department. I've asked several times for their complaints procedure but Alan doesn't seem to know what that is. I have now given up, life's too short to have any dealings with these guys. They may not wear Stetsons and boots, but they sure are cowboys. Shop elsewhere!

Awful company, I was also trapped into the £19 delivery charge.
I have had back and forth emails from Alan who’s just as unpleasant as the whole experience has been.
Extremely sarcastic and purposely making the situation difficult to delay giving me a refund.
Please don’t buy from this company unless you want hidden charges and to be let down by false advertisement.

ordered two garden chairs and table at the price advertised ,ok so far then told its 19.99 delivery which now make the chairs expensive compared with exactly the same on eBay but hey I get a table too ...... chairs arrive there ok not great build quality but no table .... so now told I have to send back at my own expense so another 20 which I won't get back and cant afford ,,,,,,, absolutely a rip off I was warned should have listened .... 2 garden chairs for sale cheap !!!

I've ordered from The Chimp Store at least six times. Each time I've had a great experience and the pieces I've bought have been some of my favourites in my wardrobe.

The selection is brilliant and often at very good prices.

I can't think of any reason not to keep using The Chimp Store, I'm a fan of the brand.

I’ve used Chimp twice now - both straight forward purchases. Will use again.

Very responsive, had to return an item and got my refund quite quickly. Will definitely be shopping there again.

Still waiting for despatch date for order 44544006 if you cannot deliver please refund.

Ordered a camera sling bag a while back as was a lot cheaper than anywhere else. Delivery was fast but sent wrong colour. Never had colour I wanted in stock. I kept the bag as I could live with it. Partial refund but felt I’d just been sent different colour in case I’d like it. Was assured this wasn’t the case and was just an error. Anyway, I’m a big believer that one bad transaction doesn’t make a bad company so I ordered a camera backpack(same brand) recently due to the price compared to everywhere else. Second time round was all good, fast, and very pleased with my backpack.

I've had a few orders with the chimp store and more have gone wrong than right , I'm not sure if their stock system is an absolute mess or if they just simply don't have the products they advertise but I've had orders cancelled several times , incorrect items sent out , damaged items sent out and not once did they offer replacements
I ordered 3 identical chairs and somehow my order just got cancelled because of "labelling issues " makes no sense

Awful service, no items received been 3 weeks, received somebody’s else’s order in error had to go out of my way to return their parcel whilst awaiting mine. Will not purchase from this company again. Very disappointed. Was promised call backs but nobody bothered to contact or keep me updated. And now all the items items are out of stock. Don’t waste your time, order elsewhere

Made 3 orders over the past 2 weeks, all came in a timely manor and as described, unsure why so many 1 star reviews as I've had no issues at all

Saw lots of 1 stars saying lost items during postage strike. My order after the strike was fine, Items came next day no problems.

Suggest the company learns from the recent reviews and doesn't use a company in the middle of strikes as it's couriers?

4 weeks has passed and no items arrived.
4 full working days since email sent to info email, timescales quote 24 hrs, 48hrs and 3 working days, all have which have surpassed.
Called customer services and listened to excuses around Royal mail strikes etc and then line dropped, £25 down the drain!

Update
Customer services emailed back within 4 days. Quick to resolve, good will gesture offered which I am awaiting but replacement product turned up within a couple of days, correct product and size.

Faith restored and I will be ordering again!

Seeing a lot of bad reviews on here but all was fine for me, paid the extra 2 quid for DPD shipping as opposed to Royal Mail and goods were dispatched the next day for me.

Was worried about being sent the wrong item as people mention that on here quite a lot but was sent exactly what I ordered.

I placed an order on Black Friday for 2 items. I have received emails that one is on the way and that my order has been received, but have still not received a tracking number, despite getting the Klarna and shop app to attempt to track these. I have emailed to customer service 5 days ago and still haven’t had a response. These were meant to be Christmas gifts and it’s well past Christmas. My boyfriend ordered from them and had a similar experience with no shipping number and extreme delays without contact, but he’s finally received his order. I’ve paid for shipping within a certain timeline and for the goods to be with me, but I haven’t seen any and will never be shopping with this site again. No apology or compensation or even communication has happened, this is honestly awful service.

I wish I read the reviews on here before wasting my money. ALSO!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THE WHOLE POSTAGE STRIKE BULL****!!!! I have received multiple parcels from Royal Mail and DPD over the last few days and they were ordered AFTER ordering from chimp 👍🏽 They are using the strikes as an excuse.

Really disappointed. I saw mixed reviews about the company but had wanted a mystery box for a while. I ordered one on the 26th November 2022. Remained patient with the postal strikes and sit here now on January 2nd 2023 without my mystery box and completely no information regarding the delivery since December 7th when they blamed the strikes. The annoying thing also is they have since stated there are mystery boxes back in stock so I would’ve thought they would’ve at least sorted out the customers who have ordered already. I’d be willing to amend this review but will be waiting for a response.

Ordered a hat and a Large size tee, received no hat and a medium tee in a different colour. Shambles of a company, avoid!
