Easy to book but no discount, don’t fall for it ☹️

Client Service is extremely bad. The loyalty program is a farce. I used 50 loyalty points (yums) for a reservation but in the restaurant they did not accept them and I had to pay the full price. After that I went to the online client service of TheFork and nobody was able to help. It is a completely ignorant team there. I was a client for more than 10 years and now I will not use this app again.

I had a gift card and went to a restaurant that the app listed as accepting ForkPay. At payment, it didn't work. When I contacted technical support, they offered no solution and refused to extend the gift card's expiration date, even though the app's own listing was wrong and the system didn’t work . This is a completely unreliable service.

We have used The Fork on several occasions. Easy to locate restaurants in the area you require.Easy to book. Easy to contact restaurant if there's a delay etc or change of plan. Also the offers are excellent.Recommend

I'm using this app in London for a few years. Great app to explore new cuisine in a discounted price. Booking proces is stress free. App works well never had any issues. Customer service is top tier.

I have 10,600 Yums but nowhere to use them in Albufeira ( summer) or Nottingham (winter)

Easy to book with a discount at nice restaurants.

Love using TheFork apps, why not get a discount on your meal if it’s something you wanted to eat, or something you wanted to try out.

The triple yums promotion is gone all of a sudden. The number of double-yums offer and yum-enabled restaurant are greatly reduced in my home area too. Both make the point-collection effort much more difficult.

TheFork should make a step-change to provide restaurant with both double and triple yums to differentiate their offer.

We've been Fork users for some time and found it great, however when something goes wrong it's impossible. I am currently unable to book the nearest restaurant to me on the app as the system immediately cancels the booking as soon as I've made it. This doesn't happen with any other booking and is clearly a system glitch. But the real issue is that I have no way of contacting anyone about this to resolve it - no helpline, no email address, nothing about this on FAQs, and that Chatbot appears to operate on Australia time when I'm in the UK. So this rating comes from the fact that your users can't contact you to resolve problems and you clearly haven't adapted to being a global business in terms of support. Sort it out Fork - very very disappointing !

I used it once in Barcelona to try and book a table at a restaurant. Now I cant get rid of them. Spamming me with at least two mail a day. No link to unsubscribe. Not that I ever wanted to subscribe.
