Got yums to spend but unable to use them anywhere in Cardiff!!!!!
Theres not one restaurant that accepts yums.
So completely pointless!!!

I am writing this review regarding Case Reference Number: 14325995. I had a booking today (28/10/2026 at 17:30) at Papa J's using 2000 Yums points for a £50 discount. Due to a change in circumstances, I needed to change the party size from 2 people to 1 person.
First of all, due to a severe technical flaw in TheFork app, the Modify button was completely unavailable for this Yums booking.
Secondly, during my previous visit, this specific restaurant was extremely hostile and explicitly stated they refuse to honor Yums discounts for single-person bookings, falsely claiming it is strictly for 2+ people. This is a direct violation of Section 4.1 of TheFork Loyalty Program Special Conditions, which specifies that the loyalty discount applies per table, with absolutely no minimum guest restrictions.
When I contacted live support to resolve this technical trap, the agent was combative and unhelpful. The agent explicitly stated in writing: "I do not follow up demands and as we all handle cases as per company process it will also not be escalated to any manager or supervisor."
This is a complete breakdown of customer service. The agent openly refused to assist a loyal customer, actively protected a non-compliant merchant, and denied my right to escalate the issue.
Because of your app's glitch, I was forced to miss my booking. Since my Yums points have passed their original validity date, a regular cancellation will result in a permanent loss of my hard-earned rewards. I refuse to lose my points due to a flaw in your software and the bad faith of your partner restaurant.
I demand a senior manager to personally review Case 14325995, investigate the agent involved, and manually credit my 2000 Yums points back to my account with extended validity. Fix your system and stop letting restaurants cheat your users!

Very helpful app I use time and again to find restaurants that are recommended and have special offers. Easy to use and has really been good for saving money and trying new places. I live in London so find there are many options in whatever area I happen to be in.

Booked table, went to restaurant, rude proprietor turned us away because we had only just made the booking (which they accepted). Got an email saying that we were no shows.

Pressed "I went to restaurant " button which is a broken link.

Total waste of time, wont use again. Went to a nice Trattoria round the corner who were not so up their own asses.

Quick and easy to find right restaurant in the right area and book it fast

Very nice idea, good restaurants available, sometimes the restaurants are closed and you stand there (2 times already) but afterwards the helpdesk is very helpful 👍🏻 had nice food here in Piemonte
