Great experience! Shop was very polite in confirming the order, the shipment was sent out and arrived promptly. Will buy again when I need more sim racing gears. Thank you so much The French Simracer!!

Fast delivery.

Also, thanks for the Giotto balls:)

Fast delivery and accurate description of the product.

Perfect customer-oriented approach. Willingness to ship abroad, technical expertise and wide experience with complex simracing setups. All that helped me building my own rig. Definitely can recommend.
Thank you.

Excellent service from start to finish. The GT DD Pro arrived in perfect condition and performs flawlessly.
Upgrading to the Fanatec GT DD Pro from this shop was the best decision.
Big thanks to The French Sim Racer for bringing high-end gear to the local community with such great support.
Best place to buy sim racing gear!

I am a long time customer of The French Simracer because they have quality products and offer great service. I purchased the VNM GT Steering Wheel and it is incredibly well built and the best at the price range (although the stickers are somewhat cheap looking). Delivery from TFS was very fast. I highly recommend both the VNM wheel and shopping with TFS

Reliable and fast seller, very satisfied with the purchase.

They are simply amazing. I had to change my order couple times, even after everything was packed and they were super chill about it. Super fast response, very very friendly and informative. You can feel they real care about what they do and care about the customer as well.

Had quality issues with Conspit wheel I ordered. They kept up right of warranty and sent me a 2nd one free of charge which fixed my issues. Super helpful and fast support. Probably best support experience I've ever had. Highly recommended.

Leur réputation d'excellence et de professionnalisme n'est plus ni à faire ni à prouver. C'est bien simple : je commande chez eux les yeux fermés.

Their reputation for excellence and professionalism is well established and beyond question. It's quite simple: I order from them without hesitation.

Very nice team. Really focused on customer. I had an issue with a wheel. They have been really helpful supporting me to fix the issue. Great people! Thanks a lot guys!

Excellent shop! Super fast delivery, great service — always a pleasure to recommend.

Great service! An article was missing in my shipment and they immediately answered and sent it as soon as I notified them, without any complications.
Exceptional support, can highly recommend.

You guys nailed it. Second time having a purchase with you and it was very nice. Well packed and shipped super fast to Dubai. Merci!

The fact, that the support is basically 24/7 available and the shipping is super fast, it is impossible to not give this guys 5 stars

Fast shipping and excellent customer response times - unfortunately I had to cancel my order due to unforeseen circumstances, but the process to do so was quick and easy.
if I lived in the E.U. rather than the UK I would 100% order from them in the future.

Very good service, they reached out to me because they thought I would have incompatible products, but I already had the accessories needed to make it work.

Will buy again!

Great service. Fast shipping.
