Excellent service.
Takes a little while to get but that's made clear before the order is placed. Good communication and quality product.

Takes a little while to get but that's made clear before the order is placed. Good communication and quality product.
I was a bit uncertain about what the quality would be like when I saw that books are printed when ordered, but I was happy to see that it was good quality when I received it. Ordering from Canada, by regular post, I knew it may take a while to get to me but it arrived in less than two weeks (printing time included) and in perfect condition. I would order from this company again.
Absolute terrible company. Have been sent a 13 pound colouring book which has the added insult of being full of pictures that aren't relevant to the required title. I tried to use more appropriate language but alas you can't swear.
I ordered the book and then read the negative reviews, wondering if I'd wasted my money! I'm sorry for the people who had a negative experience with this company.
The book arrived 16 days after ordering and the quality is as expected of a book......no problems at all and very pleased with it.
I have today received ‘The High Road to Dalton’ after writing my review ‘Feel scammed’ and after filing a complaint with Barclaycard. Coincidence? I’ll probably never know. I still have received no communication— no confirmation, no updates, no replies to my two emails. I won’t be using this company again as customer service is non-existent.
Had a delivery issue with the book that was not their fault, and I can not fault their customer service. Excellent!
The first time in many years that an internet order, in this case an quite expensive book, never arrived. I send a message to The Great British Bookshop om their website but I never received an answer. Very dissapointing.
After ordering a book I read several unfavourable reviews about this company. However, I am delighted to say that the the service I have received is excellent!
I ordered on 15/7, it was dispatched on 21/7 and I received it on 23/7. No cause for complaint there!
I ordered a book about Michael Servetus on the 30th June 2025 and I selected free delivery. I then received an email saying that usually the book takes about 7 days to print because everything is done print on demand. They said I would get another email when the book was posted to me. I received an email on 7th July saying the book had been posted and the book was delivered on 9th. I haven't actually started reading the book yet but the print quality is good. I'm very happy with the book and I will definitely purchase from this company again in the future. I don't normally post reviews but after seeing some negative ones on here I decided to do one because my experience with this purchase has been good
BUYERS BEWARE appalling company with diobolical customer service and products (books)
Book I received was of terrible quality and basically copied of another book.
I contacted them over this they refused to refund stating they only have to if the product is damaged. My item was not the quality expected. We have consumer right which they are ignoring and also my emails now too.
Anyone think of buying a book stick to well known reputable websites.
These lot are just conning customers and consumers
You pay for a book and if you don't choose a tracked delivery service, they do not send you the book and just pocket the cash. Buyer beware!
Ordered a book born in 1945 on the 20th Feb, never arrived.
I contacted the store who used the excuse well u should of paid for tracking service, when I asked why I am left out of pocket for the cost of the book the reply was still u should of paid tracking...took no responsibility what so ever.
I ended up reporting them for fraud to my bank and the bank reimbursed me.
Customer service is dire, they were happy to let the customers go out of pocket
Scammers
The sent me a book with 70% of pages blanked with no prints on, when contacted about the issue they are reluctant to acknowledge the fault. He took them as well nearly two weeks to dispatch a book. Will surely never order with this company!
