Absolutely flawless service from start to finish. They were completely honest from the beginning about the expected delays, kept me updated throughout every stage of the process, and the installation itself was perfect.

Just had our shutters installed and they were certainly worth the wait.
Super impressed with fitting and installation from Martin, he was immaculately tidy, from the moment he opened his own bin bags it began to feel like a totally different experience from the standard trades people in your home. All his packaging was collected and taken away, all our surfaces were left wiped clean and tidy and he even hoovered after himself.
The shutters themselves look perfect and already make a massive difference to our room. A room which gets a LOT of blinding sun, is now cool but without having to have the curtains closed.
Black out options in the bedrooms look to be a game changer and really pleased with them.
All in all, its a long wait but for a bespoke item and elite customer service, it was worth every penny. Thank you.

The Home Shutter Company have been amazing from start to finish. The shutters took a bit longer than stated to arrive due to shipping and customs issues but we were kept informed throughout.

Our shutters which we have had installed in two rooms, look really stunning, very pleased with them, only had them a couple of days but the quality seems very good and they supply spares, cleaning brush and touch up kit as well. From very helpful shop visit, to measuring up visit and quote and fitting which was done with care and attention. All very professional and friendly service. There was a delay in installation due to forces outside The Home Shutter's control due to the middle east issues with supply logistics, which was understandable, but they kept us informed, so did take longer to arrive than expected but worth the wait.

The shutters look fantastic and has transformed the look in my house. The team were friendly, reliable and paid great attention to details. The installation was carried out efficiently and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards.

I had a great experience with the Home Shutter Company. The job was done quickly, neatly and the shutters look great. Martin, Will and Ryan were a pleasure, very professional and great to deal with.

The quality cannot be faulted, we were very unlucky that with the issues with the imports lead to over 4 weeks delay in the delivery and installation. We were always please with the politeness and support given and the end result is top quality.

Shutters took 6 months (!!) to arrive. Ordered early March and not installed until mid September. They look great and installation was straightforward and installer was very competent but the length of time it took and limited comms in between did make it hard to recommend them even though they say delay was out of their hands.

On fitting day, Dan and Ryan did a fantastic job, our shutters look amazing - so smart from the inside and outside. They were both friendly and tidied up after themselves. I’ve docked half a star because it has just taken soooo long to get them. I paid the deposit on 10March. I see other reviews where people ordered in March and are upset they didn’t get the shutters until July or August, so I think my delay was very long indeed. Not the company’s fault I believe but people need to have their expectations adjusted! Worth the wait though

Great company to work with and half the price of the others but still a great quality product!

Blinds are fantastic, install was great took away al old blinds and guys were very friendly and efficient. Only issues was the delay from order to install but that was a world problem. Very happy
