Robert was extremely conscientious and the best and most dedicated surveyor we have ever used. His survey was extremely detailed, thorough and comprehensive.
I would recommend his services and would personally use him again.
The whole operation revolves around a single surveyor looking to take up as many jobs as possible.
Some parts of the survey report didn’t sound relevant/applicable to the property in question, and when asked about that, hopps said he must have just pasted from another survey in error (?!?)
If you decide to go with them, make sure you book the survey followup call at the same time you book the actual survey, or you’ll be left waiting and chasing until the surveyor “has an availability in his calendar”.
Also make sure you have ALL your questions ready for the followup call - if you do end up getting one - because after that they’re GONE.
Survey performed fine, however getting in touch with the surveyor is a truly horrible experience, expect waiting time in weeks or more to get answer to the survey. I do not recommend those services.
