We think wearable ID is important. We realise that there are different circumstances under which you would want to buy some sort of ID product. Be it that you are looking for a way of helping to keep your children safe or you are worried about an accident when you are involved in sport or you are worried about a child with a medical condition or want to help protect your ageing family members or relatives, we have a range of great ID products to help. We created our company after looking for medical ID products ourselves. We found that most of the products available were either of inferior quality or were not easily updateable or we would have to go through the hassle and delays of ordering from the States or that we were going to be "ripped off" with the post and packing charges. We wanted to create a better way...! We offer high quality ID products to meet a range of different requirements. We provide a fast, efficient and friendly service and we make sure all our products are available at a realistic cost. We also make sure that we do not vastly inflate our post and packing charges. By offering our Medical ID Jewellery, Child ID Wristbands, Sports Wristbands, Medical Wristbands, and Helmet ID Tags, we think we will have you covered. Back in October 2025 i ordered …
Back in October 2025 i ordered Carbon Fibre Style Medical ID Bracele ( DO NOT GET THIS) as it snapped several times with in days of ne wearing it.
in the size of seven point five, so I contacted the Id ban company , so the inconvenience of the snap to bracelet, they sent me a silicon. ID band free of charge alongside a replacement of the cobon fibre. Ad band however, the replacement ID band snapped again. So obviously it wasn't happy so I contacted the company again and told them my problem considering the carbon fibre bracelet worst forty pound. The staff will brilliant with assisting me and helping me and very understanding of my problem, so they explained I could have a refund or choose another bracelet, so I decided to go for a different style of bracelet. It was Medical Bracelet with Black Clasp / Tag Red Symbol brace, I went for and it's still perfectly, comfortable and it's stood the test of time. Considering it was twenty four ninety nine because it was cheap cheaper.I didn't think it last as long but how long was I. I would hately recommend this bracelet anybody who was looking for a comfortable? But yet, like, wait, it's not so obvious. Medical bracelet, thank to all the staff at the id the company.

I received my bracelet today and I'm very pleased.
First, because it was very quick: I placed the order on 10/04 and received it 4 days later.
Second, there were only 4 words to engrave but it was done very neatly.
The bracelet is exactly what I was looking for. It's the ideal width, it slips on your wrist, it's adjustable and it has the red symbol on the front.
Last but not least, the price was reasonable.
The bracelet is supposed to be waterproof for showers/baths. I'll see how it withstands time.

Website easy to navigate. Good selection of products. Easy to place an order. Very helpful and pleasant customer service advisor. Could consider a different postage supplier - I ordered my product on about the 23 or 24th March and it eventually arrived on 10th April via Royal Mail free postage.

How a €4.75 ID plastic Band cost me €18.59
I bought a €4.75 ID Band for my son, and then had to pay a grand total of €18.59 for said plastic band, due to Brexit charges! Plastic band was coming from UK to Ireland! Calling all Europeans. Shop on Amazon or any European website!! Avoid this website at all costs #Europeans

However, we would like to clarify a couple of important points which have also been discussed with you over email. As previously explained, any customs charges, VAT, or handling fees applied to shipments into Ireland are set entirely by Irish customs authorities and the delivery carrier. These fees are outside of our control, and we do not receive any portion of them. You have also not been charged UK vat on your order.
In addition, at the time of purchase, the delivery information clearly states that international orders may be subject to customs charges. This is also outlined in our terms and conditions, which were accepted during checkout. We make every effort to ensure customers are aware of this before completing their order.
