⭐ Very disappointing customer service

We had a fantastic day at the SnowDome in Tamworth, but unfortunately our experience at the Lifthouse Coffee Co. left a very sour taste.

I saw an amazing-looking scone advertised with jam and cream, so I bought one. Only after purchasing it was I told there was no cream. I asked what would be taken off the bill, considering I wasn’t actually receiving what was advertised.

The staff member who served me, Anna, was incredibly dismissive. She looked at me over her glasses and said nothing. No apology, no explanation, no offer to reduce the price or provide an alternative.

I found her attitude appalling. When you’re paying for something advertised with jam and cream, it’s reasonable to expect either what you ordered or some acknowledgement when part of it isn’t available.

The scones may look amazing, but the customer service certainly wasn’t. I won’t be buying from here again.

I have shopped here for years as well and no more. One employee was very rude to me and I will never shop there again!!!! I called ahead to get a ski mounted and told the employee on the other end that I did not have the boot but that my friend had purchased the boot at that location last week. I told them I could not get the boot as it was to be a surprise. They said no problem come on down and they would use one of their stock. I took the time to go down and now a different employee that needs customer service skills was the one that comes up to me. I told him I talked to someone and was here for a remount and his response was "Sorry I cannot do that no matter what anyone told you. And turned and walked off and under his breath said "SOMETHING VERY COURSE AND WRONG"

Sorry, you are having a bad day bro. Here is the deal. I have been a ski pro in the Wasatch longer that you have been alive. I have sent 1,000+ in referrals to the lift house. I will never refer anyone to this shop again. Just last week her boots and the week before that 2 pairs of skis and boots to another friend. Never again.
